This Sonic is very unprofessional and has obnoxious workers up front always yelling and cussing in front of the window as well I would not recommend eating here because the burgers absolutely suck and it's always understaffed for no apparent reason as well the homeless people is getting out of hand always panhandling happening

I waited for 30 minutes in line, just to be told the food I ordered is out of stock (green chili) The burger and tots I was given were both cold and inedibly greasy. The manager was nice enough to upsize my drink, but honestly there is no reason for me to ever come back here. Super slow, inconsistent, and very low quality food (plus the place is filthy)

Sadly, this is one of the worst Sonic locations I've been to. Outside is in need of serious repair, Sodas were flat and lacking enough syrup, and only a couple of the drive up monitors were functional. Corporate and/or Franchise owners really need to take a closer look.

The chicken strips tasted old also I think they just threw the tater tots back in the oil and cooked them twice. I've been going to this location for years and it's really gone downhill as of recently.

If I could give it no stares I would. I have been waiting in the manager to contact me for a refund for the last month. Customer service is no help and it’s just ridiculous at this point. Half the stalls don’t work and it always takes so long to get your food. Go to a different sonic if you want your food. Most times it’s understaffed and they’re not the nicest. I honestly won’t be going back to this location or a sonic again.

This location is always on some kind of B.S. Have spent 30+ minutes in the drive thru multiple times. Placed a mobile order and waited in a stall for 20 minutes before pressing the button just to be told they are doing drive thru only. I urge anybody on this side of town to drive to the location on Broadway. Consistent good service, always quick.

Spent 30 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break in their drive thru when there was a whole 1 other customer. Asked for 2 sandwiches which came out tough,dry, and soaked in sauce. Tots came out cold. Surprisingly, my drink came out proper. Great waste of time and money, avoid this location like it's the plague.
Don't bother with this one. This place is an absolute dump. The outdoor seating is filthy and obviously not even wiped down in wees if not months. The place looks abandoned although the employees were visible and having an animated conversation inside. When you push the button to order you can barely hear with the speaker. We couldn't get anyone to take our order after they finally verified that they couldn't hear us and refused to come outside. We just left. I guess if you ignore customers long enough they will go away. .
