I came here to get my son a slushie I went up to the drive-thru not the weight part of it but the actual drive-thru I told them I wanted tater tots and a slushie and when I came to the window there was no tater tots I got pretzel twist a slushie and a cookies and cream milkshake it was a long day so I didn't want to make a big deal about it so I just paid for it and left and also the guy at the drive-thru window was kind of being a little weird and I hate that word weird and I do not use it lightly but I highly recommend having the employees pay more attention instead of doing whatever they were doing it wasn't even busy

Fortunately the shake was good, service not so much....when i got there ....there was no cars just a famiky outside waiting for order....i only ordered 1 milkshake and didn't get it till 15min after.....i was told simce it was busy....but it got busy 10min after of me waiting wasn't busy initially.....was my first timr going to sonic here last time too

No need for the fork included with my extra long chili cheese coney last night. Almost no chili was included. Also, the online app says to go to a stall and press the button to get your order. Sonic at 1001 W. Grant RD says go through the drive through. Maybe this Sonic should develop their own app?

Very sad! We ordered a strawberry valentine shake and half and half tea, yesterday. Waited over 20 minutes. We saw one other car parked in the lot and maybe 6 through the drive thru. It looked like only one person was working there at 2:15 in the afternoon. All sonics have gone downhill since nobody wants to work.

I can always can count on perfectly prepared food, in mycustom way, at this location. I've eaten at this location since it opened decades ago. It is always spot on. So is this location's manager and staff. Not so with other locations such as Orange Grove.There is an issue with the unhoused people causing noise, demanding free stuff, and complaining online when they don't get what they demand. Sonic can't do much about that, unfortunately. Maybe ignore them.The place is quite old and run down so I'm looking forward to the remodel that is in the works.
