They completely screwed up my order. Also missed one of my orders so I had to drive around and get down to reorder the meal that wasn't added then on top off my food was cold and honestly tasted old and then on top of that there was what seemed to be hair or some kind of fiber on my fries! Sonic just isn't what it used to be! I want my money back so not worth the wait or the money! NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED 😞

Sonic Gave up food never looks good always sloppy. Had real fruit slush today . Me and my son had major runs . Dirty equipment this was last time I buy from sonic . They care nothing of satisfaction for customer's. Food made sloppy and nasty. Never eating here again this usto be my favorite place .owner is never there to see how food leaves . Shame

Was disappointed with the service. Ordered a burger without cheese, two corn dogs and two large hot fudge shakes. Took a full 10 minutes to get my order. Must have asked me 7 times what I wanted. I opted to take my order to go. No damn napkins in the bag. Had to ask for any condiments for my corn dog, ( I like just mustard). $27 for 2 corn dogs, burger only, and 2 shakes. In all fairness the HOT FUDGE SHAKE WAS AMAZING. FYI... THE LARGE IS GIGANTIC!!

Went to sonic around 5pm for pre work dinner. I was short about 2 dollars cash for my order and asked if I could pay cash first and then card. Was told this wasnt an option. I then asked if I could have a single item taken off and pay for that item with my card. They must have miss heard me as they came back with 2 bills around the same value. When I re clarified what I ment I was then told the MANAGER was unwilling to take off the single item. When I asked to speak to the manager he was disgruntled. Wouldn't listen to what I had to say and said I needed to leave. When I said I could just replace my order he told me he would not take my order ans stormed off.. I was in shock as I was at no time being rude and trying to be as polite as I could. But was treated like I was unruly customer. This manager's name was Brian and how he managed to even became I manager is beyond me. I immediately contacted corporate and hope to hear back soon.
