I been going to sonic for large cherry lemonades for a long time and the last 3 times I’ve went they don’t put cherry or limes in our drinks this last time I went I ask the girl at the window if she put cherry and limes in the drinks she said yes when I got home none of our drinks had NO cherries or limes I’m so disappointed I feel like I deserve something back I always get 6 or more drinks

Sonic is always pretty good. I got a large Dr.pepper and a route 44 slush for $ 3.47 cents. Happy hour at Sonic is awesome for summer drinks when we are all broke.

I ordered on Uber eats, and gave them 5 stars without looking at my order. I orderd a double smasher and a Reese's shake. The meat on the smasher was so old it was almost inedible, and It looked like someone literally put pieces of burger together to make whole patties. my shake wasn't even mixed, just a pile of Reese's chunks on top of vanilla ice cream. I was so excited for some great food. Thanks for ruining my night sonic!

Customer service left when they tried to re-image themselves.. bring back the brown bag special, cream pie shakes and employees who value their job and customers.
What happened to the classic carhop oldies Last visit was Saturday, customer service was bad, and they were out of several items (why not post signs) previous experiences here have resulted in cold food, wrong orders and more bad service. We do like their happy hour pricing on drinks.

I ordered 4 grilled cheese the bread was not toasted not one bit and was thrown in the microwaves to berly melt the cheese on all 4 of them 😡😡😡
Who ever was working the drive through on dec 25th at 9:30pm was very rude and disrespectful and rude. We asked her to repeat the order and one thing was wrong and she snapped at me and treated me like I was dumb because she misspoke. Then proceeded to tell me I gave her the wrong amount of money and when I asked to make sure she agued with me and then recounted finally and it was right! I’m not happen with my experience at all.
