Horrible customer service from Erika on the night shift crew. 2/2/2025. I am a loyal customer at Sonic. I love going there for their munchies and delicious drinks. i decided to make a late night trip and got to Sonic at 11:45pm. Mind you sonic closes at 12. I ordered a large jalapeño popper and a small strawberry cheesecake shake. at first, Erica tells me that they are no longer serving ice cream. I asked her “why is that?” and she rudely replied back “because we’re no longer serving ice cream”. And I asked her again “why are you not selling ice cream?” and then she tells me the ice cream machine is broken. I work in the kitchen and I know that she was lying to me and they cleaned out the ice cream machine early because I had seen them cleaning up before I pulled in. Absolutely disappointed in sonic.

Went here around 1030 pm two cars we ordered $80 worth of food and half way home tried a couple bits. Horrible hard nuggets tator tots with cheese had sliced cheese on top not melted burger was not cooked my daughter was behind us her food wasn't warm nuggets hard tator tots cold hard. I worked here in 98 was best burger place. Now I don't think I'll try them again disappointed in this night crew and in general giving us the last of days food unacceptable.

I've gone to this Sonic periodically as there are usually service issues when ordering from the app. I tried again tonight and was let down as they forgot to include my cheese tots, a detail I did not notice until I got home. See when I'm desperate enough to visit this location again.
Arrived for a quick dinner of coney cheese dogs and tater tots. The hotdogs were rubbery and shriveled (obviously been sitting on the warmer a long time), and the tater tots were barely warm.
Won't be returning.

It was Christmas and they were busy having speaker issues in drive thru. She was positive and still happy to be there. She deserves to be recognized

Everytime I come here the shake machine is always down, an the shakes are the only thing I get here. Could be better

It was NOT the best experience tonight...the whole store had the majority of their lighting off, and all signage was dark in an attempt to appear closed.
When we pulled up to the drive-thru menu to order, the attendant was extremely short and attempted to rush our order and missed a drink completely.
This was not a positive experience for us at Sonic!

it's really lost somthing since the car hops. I mean I'm old and.remember when you.actuallt saw a human doing more than just delivering a bag foods still great but feels kind cold and impersonal.

Just came through the drive through, ordered the new grilled cheese double burger and tots. Well, the toast was dry and burned, the bacon was burned beyond crispy, there was only one burger, and no tots. So I called Daniel the manager. He was ‘ sorry about that’, and would talk to crew. He also said the instructions were to only put one burger patty in the sandwich. I asked if the instructions were to omit the tots also. He did offer to make another one for me, but I’m not driving 40miles for another one. Will be calling corporate and doing Sonic’s feedback and survey. 😞

After back and forth with Sonic Customer Service, they did offer two cheeseburgers for my totally incorrect order.
Problem is, "the rewards that was offered can only be redeemed thru the Sonic App."
So Sonic requires me to have a smart phone, phone and / or Internet service, AND they must invade my privacy by requiring my private information by installing their "APP" ?
Hey Sonic ... are you beyond using the US Mail ?
I did give you my address AND I have an email address ... send or attach the certificates to one of those locations ... and do NOT require me to purchase $$$ worth of equipment and services just to get two cheeseburgers because of YOUR incompetence !
