Two times in three weeks I used the app to order ahead and they didn't fulfill the order and tell me to get money back on the app which is impossible.
Update: Never got the refunds even after reaching out to them. Also, tried it out again a few months later and they are still awful.

Worst sonic I have ever been to, we moved to Tucson Arizona to an apartment complex that is near the sonic we’ve been here a few times. I’ve ordered on the app 90% of the time this time and like times before it’s taken a while to get our stuff out to us fries were always cold But they have a good deal and it’s close today. It took them 45 minutes to get out a Coke and a small order of fries to us after we watch people come and go and again the fries were cold. The drink was not flavor flavored that I had paid for. As well as it tasted like it was diet or running out of syrup.

Double smashed burger is the biggest disappointment. Meat was salty . Super small for $12.60 for a truly nasty burger. Ended up eati g Tots only

Basically all my corndogs were burnt from the top and also on the side and a bit hard as well the sad part about this is I used to work at this sonic couples years back and all the corndog I gave out to my customers were golden brown never hard or burnt and that would go for everything else I would serve it just sucks that I had to throw them out but I should of checked the bag before leaving but I was just tired that I forgot to check them definitely do not recommend. I ordered 2 medium shakes and got 2 half filled hot watery shakes. As if they were just sitting out. They were foamy at the top and was just melted milk. On top of that I paid 12 dollars just for this. So annoyed! Never going back here again.

They are terrible. Horrible customer service. Waited over half an hour for only four ice creams. It’s not like the place was booming with business either. I was second in line. The general manager is extremely rude and quite frankly she seems uneducated. She kept making faces at me and dismissed all my concerns. She had the audacity to tell me there’s no one higher up than her. Hopefully the customer service line can help me with this situation.

I had the best Sonic experience I've ever had and I've been going to various Sonic locations since I was a teenager but this Sonic and it's manager Amanda and her crew made the best burger, tots and shake ever which speaks volumes considering how good Sonic is normally. I'd like to give special mention for Amanda who made the experience an overall great one.

Feel like I never had a positive or correct order here but this visit takes the cake. Today, Aug 1 2025 at 7PM I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks. I park in the mobile only order spot and check in. Hubby and I are passing the time with videos and after 20 minutes no one has been helped: the drive-thru, not moving. The mobile order spots, not one worker walked outside. We observed 2 people walk into the building.
After another 15-20 minutes, no car has been helped in neither drive-thru or mobile. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they're understaffed (in total, we observed 3 people at this point). One worker was just standing there, scratching his head and not really moving.
It is now after 8PM, over an hour and people are leaving slowly. Still NO update unless you were at the window. We watched people drive off with nothing.
I understand that things may happen (I work in customer service/fast food myself) but it is important for people to know so they don't waste both theirs' and the employees' times. The lack of communication was appalling and unacceptable, as well as ignoring everyone at the speaker box and parking spots.

This location cuts to many corners. Charging extra for condiments or they don't give napkins. Constantly getting orders wrong.

As I type this, I’ve been sitting here waiting for my online order for more than 30 minutes. 10 minutes ago an employee came out to tell me they’d have it ready soon. I doubt it. They are probably severely understaffed.
