When I called again the man said I should've asked for extra, then hung up on me before I could finish explaining that these tator tots were hardly cheesy and clearly didn't have 2 slices like he claimed and didn't want me tl speak to a manager. SLOW SLOW snails are working here. Waited 25 minutes for a mozz stick and slushie. Pretty basic stuff especially because they are promoting mozz sticks for today's deal so they should be prepared when customers order them. 25 minutes at a drive thru is insane. I can't even imagine how it could so long for 2 easy items that competent people could make in 3 minutes.

Christmas they didn't think to staff even though they are only 1 of 5'places open in town. So the manager didn't staff and I waited almost 2 hours for food. And also was told I couldn't receive a refund. Worst experience ever

As we went to Sonic and decided to stay there and eat because it was too far to go home and our food would be cold imagine our shock when we got our very cold hamburgers and very cold french fries we got them very quickly but they were colder then they would have been if we had taken him home that is ridiculous since we stayed there to eat them no more for them 🤬

Can someone please tell who the franchisee for this location is? I want to go to their house, get down on my knees, then beg them to fire the manager. This place always screws something up.
Do not waste your money or time trying to get the specialty soda drinks here, they will be wrong or made terribly EVERY SINGLE TIME. The picture below is supposed to be the buttery brew root beer. There's zero root beer syrup in there, just carbonated water. And whatever the buttery brew mix is, barely any of that. We also got a Sugar Cookie Dr. Pepper... it's a basic Dr. Pepper. They literally make ZERO effort at all at this location. That root beer has obviously been out of syrup for a long, Long, LONG time. But they just keep serving it. And this has been a constant problem at this location. Honestly it's probably time to make a complaint straight to Sonic, because the franchisee very clearly doesn't seem to care.
