Second time coming in one week hoping the first time was a fluke. The first time no sauces and rock hard food. This time I have sauces but my mozzarella sticks are RAW.Im 6 months pregnant and thank god I checked them before eating it.

Absolutely terrible service. Was ignored at the stall for over 30min. People were served before and after me but I was ignored. Had to go to the window to which they just laughed at me. I told them to cancel the order and we took our business elsewhere. Will not be returning ever!

First time I ever ate there and I thought that Jack in the Box was the worst fast food restaurant but I learned tonight that Sonic is the bottom of the barrel for food in Tucson. The hamburger was dry and lukewarm. They did not give me any dipping sauce for my jalapeno poppers and I sat and waited another 15 minutes and never got it my food was cold the fries were about 1 in long and I almost threw up on the way home I barely made it home to get some charcoal. The most horrible food I have ever eaten in my life

This location is terrible all around and don’t know how to listen to simple instructions. When you say no cheese, they get rid of everything else entirely and just give you patties on a bun. Don’t have children run your store if they can’t listen to anything so simple.
