I can't even rate this location as u have no zeros. This location sucks. I stopped there for chili dog onion rings and a drink. The chili was cold, onion rings were just a big mess all fried together, drink was flat. I asked for ketchup never got it.

I RARELY ever rate a business, unless they do an exceptional job and I feel others should know how great they were. This is not one of those reviews.Well, I go to Sonic on Thornydale enough that the employees started to know my order.I unfortunately decided that because of the errands I was doing in the area of the Sonic on:3255 W Orange Grove Rd, Tucson, AZ 85741I would put in a mobile order with them. While the employee did not look professional whatsoever in appearance, you're not supposed to judge a book by it's cover. While drinking my overly sweetened Slushy (that the Thornydale location knew me by) I noticed my lap started to get wet and I just thought it was just some condensation, but then it was soaking wet very quickly. I thought the cup must've broke, but I couldn't find the break in it at all. BUT I found a "Thank You SONIC" sticker on the bottom of my cup that I've never seen before during my many other combo purchases at the Thornydale location.Apparently, during the creation process of my Route 44 overly sweetened slushy the employee broke the Styrofoam cup and then placed the "Thank You SONIC" sticker over the break, instead of, I don't know, pouring the slushy into a new cup!Thank you for poorly dressed and groomed employee for soaking my pants, hands, car seat, and proving my monster car coasters actually can absorb a lot of liquid!The employee also messed up my burger and I definitely shouldn't have paid extra for additional toppings that never made it onto it.The tater tots were the same as other locations.This was my one and only purchase at this location and I will NEVER go back to this location EVER AGAIN. Thank you for ruining the one thing I was looking forward to after a 13hr horrible night shift.

How is this store still open? Like actually, came at 11PM and placed an order ahead, store doesn't close until midnight. Watched the employee hide in the corner and ignore us until we left. Never got my food, I can't believe homeboy was getting paid minimum wage to sit on his phone in the back. Do not come to this location.

Can't mix ice cream. cookie dough blast=vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of cookie dough on top. Disappointed again.
Pulled up and half of their screens are out of order and broken. Found one that wasn’t and ordered our food. The burgers and lettuce on them was so old we couldn’t even finish eating them. For the drinks we ordered cherry limeades which is what Sonic is normally known for but neither of our drinks had cherries in them like they use too. Sonic is not what it use to be.

Not good. Overcooked bacon and a hair on the bacon. That sonic needs a new intercom system and the burgers were sloppily put together. The customer service was sub par.
