“First, let me say that these wonderful people (Marlee, Christi, Tara, and the Tucson crew) went above and beyond to help me set up a surprise anniversary meal for my wife. That is just who they are. However, the reason that YOU should go to Sweet Tomatoes is that it IS Sweet Tomatoes. As others have mentioned, we have missed this restaurant since it shut down a few years ago. This Tucson location (the only one currently open in the USA) is perfectly representative of the Sweet Tomatoes that we love and remember. The food is so fresh and delicious. We had such old favorites like Tuna Tarragon and Caesar Asiago Salad. The soups and pasta dishes were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the Roasted Ratatouille Soup and the Coconut Muffins. The atmosphere was excellent as the dining area and serving lines were laid out in the same way as they were back in the day. The staff here are so professional, helpful and friendly. They are the best. If you loved Sweet Tomatoes before, you will be delighted with this Tucson location. Let's hope that they will be opening up in more areas of the USA soon.“

“I stopped by Baggins Gourmet Sandwiches and ordered two sandwiches along with a few other items. During the process, there was a small miscommunication, and I ended up receiving only one sandwich. When I called to let them know — not expecting a refund or anything — the team was incredibly kind and accommodating. Britney, who was in training that day, provided absolutely amazing service. She handled the situation so professionally and went above and beyond to make it right, even including a cookie with the replacement sandwich. “I visited Olive Garden with a big party of six on a very busy night, and our server Melanie absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was kind, fast, attentive, and clearly knew the menu well. Even with a full section and lots going on, she never missed a beat — drinks stayed full, food came out hot and correct, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. “I've had quite a few burgers in my day - from churched up goat cheese and balsamic braised onion burgers to delightfully greasy California food truck smash burgers - and I've got to say, this was certainly one of the best straight-forward, no nonsense bacon cheeseburgers I've had.

When doing something simple, the details are crucial. Thick, 8oz Angus patty (they will cook them to temp. - I asked for mine medium and they nailed it) seasoned very well, not too crispy/not too flabby bacon, double slices of American cheese (say what you will, but American reigns supreme for the classic), perfectly ripe tomatoes, butter lettuce, crisp and bite-y red onions, slightly spicy chipotle mayo that accentuated - not overwhelmed, and a sturdy bun that didn't fall to pieces half way through eating it. The menu didn't call for any pickles, but I asked for extra and it was definitely the right move - briney dill pickles that cut through the fattiness of the beef and the heft of the sandwich as a whole. This burger was balanced, fresh, and executed flawlessly.

Opted for sweet potato fries and a side of chipotle mayo (though tasty, I enjoyed dipping them in my burger's drippings the most)! They were cooked nicely - crispy on the outside and soft, sweet, and steamy on the inside and, again, seasoned perfectly.

Both the ladies that were running and cooking in the shop absolutely killed it and were as sweet as could be!

Don't pass up the burger at this gem in the American Eat Company food hall! Looking forward to trying more menu items and some of the other spots located here!“

“Finally! Some respectable Chinese food in Tucson. Discovered this hidden spot en route to a show at Centennial Hall. What it lacks in its basic ambiance is more than made up for in well-balanced, non-greasy, fresh and flavorful cuisine. Owner is lovely and accommodating. Seriously, if you're in the area, try to stop in (there's an elevator down an alley around the corner from the staircase if you need it).“

“Well handled situation by ManagerAs I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff(manager) to "give him an extra soup". She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. He rudely responded and told her "no you don't need to charge me" she explained that she would, due to food cost, he mumbled something and started to walk away. She tried to give him his on line order as he was walking away and shouted at her. As a manager of a business I just wanted to recognize this manager for being able to be disrespected by a rude person for doing her job and still be respectful as she addresses the situation.“

“I just had Baggins cater my Celebration of Life luncheon this past weekend in Tucson. The sandwich platters offered delicious varieties and looked beautiful with fresh daisy's for decoration. “I love this restaurant because of food, the prices, the friendly staff. I catered my sons birthday with chopstix and everyone loved the food. Takeout orders are packaged to ensure they don't spill or make a mess in your car which I love because I prefer takeout over dining out and I hate it when I am not given napkins or silverware or the containers leak and spill in my car. The food tastes more like traditional Chinese food. Panda express is not real Chinese food. Lol“
