Every single time I place an online order for pick up, I get there 2 minutes after it says “ready” and yet the employee ALWAYS puts up a sign that says be back in 5-15 minutes.
STOP PLACING MY ORDERS ARE “READY FOR PICKUP” IF YOU’RE GONNA BE TAKING A DAMN BREAK IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH AND EVERY TIME!!! this has to be on purpose!

I come to this location because it's supposed to be open 24hrs. Employee decided to close the store down for most THE NIGHT. It happens every time without fail. Always posts some note saying deliveries only or back in 5 mina but never comes back. The 2 pictures attached are from the Most recent attempts to go in to the store. Do not come here it you have work in early morning. They won't let you in and they want you to go somewhere else anyways.

This store likes to fire employees and rewards shoplifters. I think this is extremely wrong and I'm choosing not to shop at any Safeway. I'm sick of standing in line, and watching others just walk out. The store does not respect you

Night time staff are lazy and keep the doors locked.This location is not 24 hr as advertised .
I come here often for my lotto tickets. Michael was great at explaining the rewards prices and how I could even triple my points. All this time, I was unaware. Ally is another fantastic employee who is always patient with me. Thank you to each and every one who has been there to help!

I realize the service I needed was somewhat uncommon (loading cash onto an UberEats Pro card) but the app shows which branches do or do not offer it. SO - after being turned away by several other locations on THREE SEPARATE nights, the THREE DIFFERENT late-night clerks at THIS LOCATION - regardless of not knowing exactly how to do it at first, kindly and patiently figured it out (and it really didn't take them all that long). 4 stars mostly because people tend to ignore gushing 5 stars (and anger-motivated 1) but this needs to be addressed on a regional level - the others refused to even try.
