I placed a mobile order and picked up through drive thru. I wanted to customize my drink not order a premade menu drink. Got 4 shots, 3/4 cup of 2% and 3/4 half and half plus all the syrups and sauces and extra cold foam basically paid same price as menu lattes and it was filled up half way. I can understand 2 shots but 4 shots should for sure fill it all the way up. I usually make my own drinks at home and I use 16 oz cups and at home I do double shots and with milk and ice it gets filled up, so their not gonna tell me 4 shots won't fill up a 24 oz with milk, ice and extra cold foam and then they have the audacity to have an attitude and be rude. The person at the window just closed the window on us. My husband had to get down and get a refund, the cashier which not sure if he was the manager was giving him attitude and being extremely rude. We paid for ours drinks, we don't work hard for our money to go somewhere and be treated the way we were. Argumentative, giving attitude and rude. They didn't think they did anything wrong and never offer to remake the drinks, literally two $7 drinks filled half way. This store definitely needs to teach their employees how to have customer service and how to make drinks. Will never be ordering at this location again!!!

Went yesterday and got me a large frappuccino. Add four shots of espresso. The total came out to be $11, something. A few days ago went to the new 7 brew . Same drink only cost me under $8. you don't have to ask them to add espresso to your drink. a large drink comes with four shots.
This by far is the rudest location. I go to starbucks all over town and this one is noticeably different in their level of customer service. I avoid this location at all costs but once ln a while they are on the way to where I’m going, and I give them another chance, and every time I’m disappointed
And if you’re going to be rude, at least make my drink correctly which half the time there doesn’t happen anyways

It’s nice being a local guide. Please don’t come to this Starbucks Daniel will think you can’t afford a drink here if you don’t fit the profile. I was at Safeways earlier and they were amazing bought my daughter a cake pop and me brown sugar shaken espresso. I have not been to Starbucks for a few years now. But my daughter was bugging me for a cake pop so I got one and a coffee. Early in the morning!
I stopped to pick up a bumper from Verizon and needed to use the restroom later on in the day. Daniel says only for customers. Then I say ok I’ll go get my cup and walk all the way to my truck get my cup walk all the way back in and show her my cup, and she says there’s no sticker on it. Guess she thinks I stole the cup. Must be the tattoos or maybe she’s another racist. I said I bought this in the morning and she says nope you can’t use the restroom. Last time I’ll ever buy from Starbucks. I guess that’s what I get for coming back after all the funding they do.

Ok...Lara an employee of this Starbucks has forced me to change my review. For months now she has been cordial, polite and greeted me and my friends with a bright smile when taking our order. Long ago I stopped frequenting this specific Starbucks due to not just the lobby closing early all the time but staff that seemed angry and rude. Thank you Lara for being a part of all of the things that is good about the Starbucks brand. ♥️

I’m told no more dark roast coffee for the day, I ask if i can get a pour over (dark roast), the guy employee reluctantly says “I guess we can do that”. Well jeez, I don’t mean to come in and inconvenience you.
Bathroom feels gross.
Please Starbucks, initiate a policy to encourage people to not have phone calls, video chats, play videos, etc. it’s inconsiderate.

The coffee always seems to be lukewarm here. The one thing you can usually count on with Starbucks is consistently hot coffee, but not here.
