this location is my favorite not only because I’ve worked with most of these lovely beings and they’re still very nice to me (unlike some partners at other stores) AND ALWAYS MAKE MY DRINK RIGHT NO MATTER WHO IS ON BAR. Goes to show the standards are high and so is morale!Be kind and tip your baristas!

I ordered my coffee on the app and came to pick it up, I added 1/2” cream in it and usually other location filled it over the first mark line of the venti cup along with 3 shots expresso and some pumps of white mocha, however I came in and my cup was only half with I can say it was only 3 shot expresso. However, it’s not the point of this review, the employee’ attitude is really pissed me off. When I politely asked if he can add a little more cream for me because this would be bitter for me, he said he already added it and this was none of his business. Excuse me! Hello? Then why you go to work for ? :) I came on Feb 7th at 9:30am.

Service is so slow lady's are always talking amongst each other customers be 1st I'm pretty sure they get paid for it if you're not in the Drive-Thru they pay you no attention to you start to get frustrated I work in the El Con plaza my break is only 30 minutes and they always make me late if you're not driving thru drive through don't bother
Not a huge thing, but when I asked for a blended refresher, they sent me a drink that was obviously blended without any ice; it was just juice and foam, and I was like, really, why would you give that to me?
