i went through the drive thru today and i was ordering 2 drinks for my grandma and i and when i was ordering my drink i was asking for my customizations and the lady literally sighed in the mic like she was annoyed of my order and then i pull up to the window and i wanted to do cash and rest on card and she looked so annoyed and over it so she did it finally and at the speaker i remember asking for sweet cream NOT FOAM and she charged me for foam and sweet cream so i told her it was wrong and instead of saying i’ll remake it she took the long route and was tryna tell me what i ordered , mind i come to this starbucks all the time and this never happened and so she finally remade it and gave me my drinks with an attitude and then didn’t even have good customer service nor didn’t greet me or say have a good day or anything, like damn starbucks train your employees better and i came through at 2:54pm on january 29,2025 and it was the lady at the window .. the other employee that work should work more often than this lady cause she rude rude like where’s the customer service at.

Update: Upgrading to a 5 star because the food is really good, the service is excellent, and the restaurant and restrooms are very clean and well kept.

Quick stop while traveling cross-country. Thankful for the cheerful and respectful barista (given that we entered within 30 minutes of closing). Disappointed that my matcha latte was only half full and watery. The pleasant service made up for the beverage blunder.

This Starbucks is wonderful!. I ordered water as I just needed to charge my phone. The staff here wasn't judgemental at all as I am a homeless man I get lots of "get lost you bum" attitude. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone!
Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces and there are plenty of handicap spaces as well!

| <3 Grace. Grace is the best Starbucks barista and should be a manager. She is so polite and friendly. She sang me a song when I ordered at the box. Then, my dog jumped out of the car window in the drive thru and Grace climbed out of the window and into incoming traffic and saved my dog's life!!! I owe you my life Grace! I'm naming my child (son or daughter) Grace. So happy Sir Barks a Lot is alive and well!! edit: the more I think about it, it was meant to be cause Grace kind of resembles my dog.
