Went on Wednesday 11/26/25 around 2:00pm and it seemed like the staff was having issues with each other and not helping one specific staff member. They didn’t make my order till she left had me wait 20 min for a drink. They gave me a cake pop because it took so long, but it was weird they made half my drink then put it down then started a new one. there was maybe 4 employees working.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks ever! The atmosphere was great, all the employees had such a nice vibe, even though there were SLAMMED. I was there from 8:40am to almost noon working on something and everyone that worked there was so positive about how they survived the morning rush and it was amazing to see great workers. My drink was delicious, it was a little bit of a wait since it was the morning rush but well worth it! It was a very peaceful ambiance as well once the morning rush ended. Bathrooms were very clean. I will be going back!

Made my order in the drive-through, guy repeated my order in the drive-through, I pay for my drink look at the label and it's not anything that I asked for. I don't understand they have like three types of drip coffee and they can't give you the right one? Can't wait for this place to turn into a Dutch or 7 cups

This shop is always a joy to visit. The staff is always exemplary and today Tyler made us the most scrumptious double toasted bagel! Tyler and Jake they know how to toast a bagel and take the time to do it right every time. The espresso latte was perfect and the hot chocolate was also very well done. Kudos to the Leader who has empowered this team to its success!

You know that feeling when you enter your fav spot for comfort food? Where your shoulders and neck relax soon as you sit and you look around for familiar faces, and smile when you hear that awesome server's voice coming out of the kitchen. That is what I believe would happen if we lived in Tuscon, and make this Starbucks our go-to spot. This Starbucks team brightened our day during an out-of-the-norm 3 day rain storm during our 3 day soccer tournament. Isabella shined with her thorough knowledge of the menu, even with my picky coffee-snob questions- she was fantastic and selected a killer drink! WAY TO GO GIRL! We will definitely be back every time we're in town! Thank you so much for this over the top experience-- Blessings and Joy on each of yall!!

I came because i wanted a water with ice and dried strawberries. Ive only had to pay for the strawberries and had no problem before. This time i came and the guy at the register wanted to charge me almost $7 dollars for a cup of water and some strawberries!!!! He said he had to charge it as a tea. I told him to just give me a cup of water then and he refused saying he couldnt give me water! Its over 100⁰f outside.
