Went on Wednesday 11/26/25 around 2:00pm and it seemed like the staff was having issues with each other and not helping one specific staff member. They didn’t make my order till she left had me wait 20 min for a drink. They gave me a cake pop because it took so long, but it was weird they made half my drink then put it down then started a new one. there was maybe 4 employees working.
This is by far my favorite Starbucks ever! The atmosphere was great, all the employees had such a nice vibe, even though there were SLAMMED. I was there from 8:40am to almost noon working on something and everyone that worked there was so positive about how they survived the morning rush and it was amazing to see great workers. This shop is always a joy to visit. The staff is always exemplary and today Tyler made us the most scrumptious double toasted bagel! Tyler and Jake they know how to toast a bagel and take the time to do it right every time. The espresso latte was perfect and the hot chocolate was also very well done. Kudos to the Leader who has empowered this team to its success!
