The service here was terrible Wednesday morning. They were dropping drinks, dropped their tablet, all the while neglecting to tend to the delivery drivers waiting for their pick ups. I hope I don’t have to pick up from here ever again.

I usually have a great experience with the ladies that work the morning during the week.. but there is an older gentleman that gets put in there sometimes and he never makes my drinks correct… he worked this morning.. and my coffee was made incorrectly.. again all the ladies make my drink just fine no problems ever, it’s only him that can’t seem to do it..

I didn’t know if you didn’t pick up a mobile order within a couple minutes they just give your order to someone else? I got busy and couldn’t pick up my order til about an hour later and the staff informed me they just gave it to someone else, like what?
This is my first time at this Starbucks never again coffee taste horrible I asked them to remake it all they did was add more syrup.Coffee was bitter .And store was nasty trash not changed.

I am almost 16 years old and I visit that store that is located in the park place mall. I remember perfectly that before they opened very early and closed very late and it was a good atmosphere. Now what I miss most is this and now that they close earlier I used to consume there before in This cafeteria has always treated me very well, my respects.

I’ve been going here since I started working in the mall, everything was fine until my recent visits. They have been messing up our orders, the mobile app tells me they have things in stock and I show up and they don’t. When offered a refund I agreed but it’s been more than 24 hours and still haven’t gotten my refund for the first order they messed up.
