This is my first time at this Starbucks never again coffee taste horrible I asked them to remake it all they did was add more syrup.Coffee was bitter .And store was nasty trash not changed.

I am almost 16 years old and I visit that store that is located in the park place mall. I remember perfectly that before they opened very early and closed very late and it was a good atmosphere. Now what I miss most is this and now that they close earlier I used to consume there before in This cafeteria has always treated me very well, my respects.

I’ve been going here since I started working in the mall, everything was fine until my recent visits. They have been messing up our orders, the mobile app tells me they have things in stock and I show up and they don’t. When offered a refund I agreed but it’s been more than 24 hours and still haven’t gotten my refund for the first order they messed up.

My drinks always comes out perfect and quick. However, I love this location most because of Ally! She is a breathe of fresh air and uplifts my day when I come in. She is one of the main reasons why my fiancé and I come back to this location. Other baristas are great as well, I have always had an incredible experience with all of them. Ultimately in the end, it's not just the drinks for why I come back, it's also because of the great baristas! Highly recommend this location.
Overall we really enjoyed how quickly our drinks came out and they tasted great! We thought the area was clean and loved that they pre set up water cups for customers in such a hot day. The baristas were also so friendly. Helped our shopping at the connected mall

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this location on speedway and wilmot is constantly bad! I physically saw my daughter who's 13 order and thg kept taking and making other orders ahead of her! It took her 20.minutes than when I finally asked with attitude the girl with green hair sais were making it now and doesn't begin to make it I won't be back
