"My mom and I ordered cappuccinos, but the problem was that the workers gave us drinks that were not hot enough. We wanted a new drink because of this. Another issue was that our cappuccinos were only half full and had more foam than coffee in our cups. We were very dissatisfied with the service and quality of this location and will not be visiting it again. Thankfully, there is another Starbucks nearby that serves hot, delicious cappuccinos, which we prefer."
Yikes. Been stopping at this location for 7+ years. The lovely ladies working have always been polite and helpful. Your new worker (10 am on Tuesday august 22) was the most miserable customer service I’ve come across in years. Mumbling, being smart about my questions and overall unpleasant.

I was very offended when the drive through person leaned or the window and told me to choose the tip I wanted to leave. If that happens again Starbucks will lose me as a customer.
