Just ordered a 16oz lavender latte and only got 9oz. The cup was literally half full. Absolutely ridiculous. This was a mobile order picked up by my husband or I would’ve taken it back.

My favorite Starbucks I’ve been to! This is my go to Starbucks location when visiting Tuscon. The employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! The prices are very reasonable as well ; I was able to get 12 uses out of my $25 gift card. My most recent purchase was today, and I purchased the been there series mug. My favorite drinks there are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, the cafe americano, expresso, and the banana bread. I’d like to recognize Damaris for her exceptional customer service today! I’ll definitely be back at this location in the future.
