My favorite Starbucks I’ve been to! This is my go to Starbucks location when visiting Tuscon. The employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! The prices are very reasonable as well ; I was able to get 12 uses out of my $25 gift card. My most recent purchase was today, and I purchased the been there series mug. My favorite drinks there are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, the cafe americano, expresso, and the banana bread. I’d like to recognize Damaris for her exceptional customer service today! We ordered 2 Pike Place coffees this morning. Coffee barely warm. No Oat Milk. So very tired of buying coffee at Starbucks and feeling let down. Why does a business based around coffee not have good non-dairy choices? Why does a business that has as its main ambition to sell coffee - set such a low bar for the quality of the coffee served? Ladies in shop are nice and helpful. Please give them the tools they need to offer better quality product to customers.
