Our visits to this Tucson Starbucks are always enjoyable, but this morning's experience was exceptional. We commend John for his outstanding hospitality; his welcoming greeting, genuine interest in our well-being, and focused attention to our order significantly enhanced our visit. The thoughtful gesture of offering whipped cream for our children, a first for us at any Starbucks, was particularly appreciated and made our day.

Custom service was rude every morning for the week of 11/18/24 I have been ordering through drive through at 6:30 am. For my coffee every barista that has taken my order has been extremely rude especially the lady on 11/19/24 at 6:30 am no coffee or expresso in my drink just straight up milk and syrup I also ordered it as a venti but she didn’t fill it all the way. As I was trying to pay I had told her in a nice way that was doing tap she then made a face and acted as if it was an inconvenience to her. Very disappointed horrible experience. Recommend going to Dutch bros or scented leaf they have better drinks and better costumer service.

Been to this particular Starbucks several times now, and it's my new favorite location. staff have always been helpful, my order has always been right, and unlike many Starbucks locations, this one actually has my order ready in a timely manner. Thanks to the employees for all you do!

I’m in a long line patiently waiting and I asked for a tall coffee with whipped cream. Once I get my order, I have no whip cream and they gave me a grande. So I paid 565 for a grande that I didn’t ask for and there was no whip cream. So not only was I late to my appointment I had to turn around wait in line again and re-order my drink and then try to get my refund. my sandwich was frozen in the middle and not cooked properly. The meat was chewy and the bread was hard and it was definitely raw. My water was all ice and I got two sips of water. How do you mess up a water. they need to get a new person who’s making the food and drinks because they’re not doing their job right. every single time I go here something is wrong, Every single time and I’m so sick of it. Not only is the lady at the drive-through Super nice, she’s not the problem; it’s the person making the food and drinks, That’s the problem. they’re not reading the sticker and they’re not listening or reading that they are messing up the orders. And why are your phone lines off? It’s been two weeks and your phone lines are off. So I can’t call for a single thing. That’s so unprofessional and ridiculous that your phone lines are off.
