If you think I'm going to buy something from you now by making me walk up to the door and you put a sign on the door that's not even a corporate sign saying you only do drive-thru from 6-9 pm your that's being just damn lazy because you don't want to have to clean up later

As I’m reading the reviews, I’m shocked to see that others have had the same experience as I did today, yet the rude behavior seems to continue. I typically avoid this location because everytime I’ve been, there’s one lady in particular that’s SO RUDE. I go in there in a good mood and always leave in a bad mood. There’s always an issue with her, doesn’t matter what it is, if it’s my personal water refill, asking for the restroom code, etc.
Today, there was an issue with my drink and I very kindly approached the manager and asked about an ingredient, the response was pretty hostile and condensending and I had to ask for a different drink to be made. While that was happening, I witnessed Sunny, who is not so sunny, whispering about our interaction with the rude employee. MEAN GIRL ENERGY!!
Then, I was walking out, and several of them sarcastically screamed “HAVE A GREAT DAY.” Will not be returning to this location. I don’t think it’s very mature or right to treat paying customers that way. People like this shouldn’t be working in customer service roles.

The staff from what I could tell were very lovely but when it came to making my drink they didn’t fill it. I ordered a venti cappuccino and when I got it the foam was really low. I went to ask if they could fill it with more coffee since I ordered a venti but they said they would have to charge me more. When I was mixing in my sugar and the foam started to die down I saw that the coffee barely reached half of the cup. At that point I wouldn’t have ordered a venti. Normally when I order this order else where it’s filled up adequately. I feel scammed of my money. In the photo I added the coffee begins about half an inch below the foam.
The drivethru menu is placed after the order station. How dumb is that?

I get that most places only allow customers to use the restroom because there's a lot of transient people making messes in there but I kindly asked to use the restroom real quick and I was dressed up in a nice shirt with my jewelery on and they couldn't have the decency to just let me pee real quick... what's the repercussions to letting me use the restroom? Plus they were condescending in their tone... I've purchased here but because of this one incident I'll never get Starbucks from anywhere ever again

Friendly employees, order always made perfect and tastes great, and the location is great! Taking away the three stars because they keep their restrooms locked, and it’s like pulling teeth to get the code from them. The restrooms should be open at all times.

The lady taking orders in the morning is rude and very brash. I have a very simple order and it takes a long time to get my coffee even if I’m the only one in line. I thought it was just a one time thing but every time I have gone I receive bad customer service from the same lady. I use Apple Pay and every time I’m made to feel like I’m inconveniencing her. Very confused. I don’t like going to this Starbucks in the morning, and won’t be anymore.

Wow, the service is got this morning was. Unacceptable, Im having a hard bad morning and usually Starbucks coffee but the lady attitude just made everything worse. Will never go back to this Starbucks anymore. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I began to grab my all time favorite coffee (a venti caramel frappacino) late last year and have continued to grab my favorite drink whenever possible. Fantastic crew who works diligently to value your time and get you out the door as quick as possible. It's nice to be greeted by name each and every time I walk thru the door of my Starbucks. Finally, a place where everybody knows my name! I love it, fantastic crew doing a great job, my hat is off to all of you. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter, Rhee
