I began to grab my all time favorite coffee (a venti caramel frappacino) late last year and have continued to grab my favorite drink whenever possible. Fantastic crew who works diligently to value your time and get you out the door as quick as possible. It's nice to be greeted by name each and every time I walk thru the door of my Starbucks. Finally, a place where everybody knows my name! I love it, fantastic crew doing a great job, my hat is off to all of you. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter, Rhee

Very rude service. Staff had more time to talk in between themselves to even treat the customers half decent. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in town.

This morning, June 24, 2025, I ordered food through your website. The confirmation indicated it would be ready in about 6 minutes. I arrived at the pickup window about 10 minutes later.

When I approached the window, I politely informed the barista that I was there to pick up my order. The first time I spoke, I received no response. When I repeated myself, the barista responded with, “Next time you need to let us know,” in a disrespectful tone.

I understand there might be procedures I wasn’t aware of, but there was no instruction on the website or at the store indicating that I needed to inform staff before picking up. I expected a smooth and respectful pickup process.

While I may have missed a step, I believe customer service should always be delivered with professionalism and courtesy. The way I was treated today was disappointing, and I felt unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to return to that location.

Please ensure your staff communicates any expectations clearly and treats customers with respect.

Be aware that this DRIVE THRU ONLY from 6pm to 8pm every day. So if you want a replace to relax between work and home this will be a wasted trip. Nothing against them, but the policy's not mentioned here and I don't see how else to get the information out.

I love Starbucks! But this location consistently gives you more ice than actual drink. I had three sips from this cup and as you can see the drink is almost gone. This cost me almost $7.00. I don’t mind paying for the drink but $7.00 for ice— no thanks!

Our visits to this Tucson Starbucks are always enjoyable, but this morning's experience was exceptional. We commend John for his outstanding hospitality; his welcoming greeting, genuine interest in our well-being, and focused attention to our order significantly enhanced our visit. The thoughtful gesture of offering whipped cream for our children, a first for us at any Starbucks, was particularly appreciated and made our day.

Custom service was rude every morning for the week of 11/18/24 I have been ordering through drive through at 6:30 am. For my coffee every barista that has taken my order has been extremely rude especially the lady on 11/19/24 at 6:30 am no coffee or expresso in my drink just straight up milk and syrup I also ordered it as a venti but she didn’t fill it all the way. As I was trying to pay I had told her in a nice way that was doing tap she then made a face and acted as if it was an inconvenience to her. Very disappointed horrible experience. Recommend going to Dutch bros or scented leaf they have better drinks and better costumer service.

Been to this particular Starbucks several times now, and it's my new favorite location. staff have always been helpful, my order has always been right, and unlike many Starbucks locations, this one actually has my order ready in a timely manner. Thanks to the employees for all you do!
