This starbucks needs some training on how to make drinks. I’ve gotten the Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso since before it was a “new” menu item. Suddenly now that it’s a menu item, it tastes completely different. Way too much milk and I cannot taste hazelnut at all. It tastes like straight oatmilk.

June 10, at 5:26 pm I ordered 5 drinks, and ordered one dragon drink. Everything went well but the young lady with bangs and blonde streaks got one of my orders a wrong. I ordered a dragon drink and she gave me a mango dragon refresher. Once I told her that it was the wrong drink, she gave me attitude, and said “next time order correctly” and looked like she got all mad because she made a drink incorrectly when dragon drinks always come with coconut milk. I genuinely am a bit upset, knowing that got all upset for making a mistake they made. I don’t think I’ll be returning if this is how they talk to kind customers.

This location is the worst. Passive aggressive young girls work here. I received a chocolate chip fapp and it was made without care. It was very watery and just tasted like milk. Went back to ask if they could fix it, they were OK but it seem like it annoyed the young girl because she was slamming things around while making it and just place my drink on the counter and walked away without saying anything. Just a little rude. Also I didn't receive my receipt. I'm not happy with the customer service here!

It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. It's fairly close to the freeway so it's easy on easy off. Right now it's about the drive-through and it can be busy and there's usually a line but it moves along pretty well. It's a chain that has a variety of coffee drinks that you would expect to Starbucks. Everyday they have a dark roast which is what I usually get.

I have waited in line at this location several times now...with only maybe 1 or 2 people ahead of me. I give up every time because the wait is just so long. It seems maybe only a few people work here at a time, which means you wait a long time. Not worth it when a full shop is right nearby with less wait time.

Alyssa who works in the Starbucks at the Target El Con Mall shop made a good latte; one that was better than the average latte I've had. She is friendly & cheerful too. She deserves a bit of recognition.I shopped the store on Sunday morning May 16th and was pleased to find two employees who gave me a good experience.Thanks, Mary

I have waited in line at this location several times now...with only maybe 1 or 2 people ahead of me. I give up every time because the wait is just so long. It seems maybe only a few people work here at a time, which means you wait a long time. Not worth it when a full shop is right nearby with less wait time.
