I go to this Starbucks almost everyday, the employees are so great and understanding. I couldn’t recommend a better Starbucks in town! Their effectiveness and positive attitudes make all the difference!

i drink black tea unsweetened splash of cream and it doesn't end up tasting like coffee like my DD tea.
I do not enjoy the taste of coffee. Last Thursday I told this to the drive thru, and she suggested Mocha White Hot Chocolate. She assured me that it would not taste like coffee; so I ordered one and drove away. It tasted like coffee. This was my first experience at Starbucks. The next day, I went to the Starbucks on 1st and River Rd. I ordered a Mocha White Hot Chocolate, and it tasted like hot chocolate! I enjoyed it. The next day I returned to the Starbucks on Swan, where I had the bad experience. I was assured that the hot chocolate would taste like hot chocolate. From the drive thru I pulled away, tasted my Mocha White Hot Chocolate, and it tasted like coffee. I drove back to the store and went in. I was told that to get what I wanted, I'd have to pay more than I had originally paid. I will never return to a Starbucks, instead, I went to McDonalds. I haven't used McDonalds in over twenty years! They have the same product, and their Mocha Hot Chocolate actually tastes like hot chocolate, and, it's less expensive. I know that the economy is booming, but who needs rude and uninformed employees.
