Literally THE WORST customer service out of ANY Starbucks I have frequented! “Rowden” the individual who took my order needs to be taken off a headset and NEVER allowed to speak to a customer! I can easily see why their service is BELOW SUB-PAR when they hire people like him!

Everyone was friendly and greeted but they made order wrong 😕 and then didn't tell us when the new order was ready so it sat for awhile and the rest of us were done eating before we asked where it was. then manager was aloof just saying do you want me to make another? I felt dismissed.

Worst service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks...and that's saying something. You think they'd be trying harder with all the revelations about toxic ingredients and Starbucks drinks, but I guess their hourly wage slaves don't really care. The workers here are soooo slow and associate management is rude and unknowledgeable about store products. Makes you wonder how these people get promoted, it certainly isn't personality or ability...

I try to avoid coming to this Starbucks everytime but unfortunately it is on my way to work and with traffic it’s a toss up.
The wait time for a pickup order is always over 10 minutes whenever I’m here and it’s actually baffling to me. The Starbucks by my house cranks out orders so fast and never has a wait time. I’m not sure why it’s so slow here but if I’m spending money here I’d hope it’d be realistic.
Food/drink isn’t bad at all, just the service is so slow and not efficient in any way.
I don’t understand how people can order at the register and my online order is made after them even though I ordered first. Ridiculous.
