Messed up my drink twice and gave me the wrong sandwich. First frappe was very runny. Second drink literally had heavy cream on bottom that wasn't even blended into the drink. I just gave up and left.

Had issues at the drive through ordering my drinks but pushed past that because it was busy. Bought an order for the office, did not receive a drink that was clearly on the screen AND they also repeated my order including the drink that now mysteriously has disappeared. Called the store to let them know since it was one of my doctor’s drinks that were missing…. Spoke to Nick and was expecting it to be a real quick exchange, no issues, right? Wrong. Nick began to escalate the situation by arguing with me about my order and then hung up. When I called back immediately after he responded with “hi, I believe we were disconnected” NO YOU HUNG UP…. When I asked for corporates number he laughed and said I did not need anyone else’s number but his District Manager’s. After providing me with the number he began to argue AGAIN about an order he didn’t even take. Definitely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Super unfortunate because this is the location that my doctor’s actually enjoy. Stay away from Nick he definitely will not help his customers.

Last weekend staying at the best western we got an eight dollar venti white chocolate mocha hot coffee that came without the white chocolate. That’s ridiculous. Worst Starbucks ever, but hey when there are so many other choices it really doesn’t matter. Don’t be their next dissatisfied customer.

Starbucks offered a comfortable surrounding and the staff was relaxed, polite, and friendly. The drinks were perfect!
This place is the bomb. I usually order a frappuccino but when they are out, the barista offers similar items and is so kind. 4 star environment because when I went last time there was a lady who was screaming at the poor employee taking her order because they were out of something. Overall, I really love this place.
