My wife and I travel a lot, use Starbucks frequently in many places, and this is the best we have experienced. The product is consistently good, not true in all Starbucks. But it is the people here who are exceptional. There two weeks, we were served by 15-20 different people, and every single one of them was genuinely kind, courteous, and helpful. Just remarkable. If there is a company award for best unit, this one should be in the running.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION 🤮 🤢
I literary got cussed at the window and she closed it after, I asked kindly for a straw and extra milk at the window and the first guy said no and closed the window and then she came and started a whole argument when I was only asking for what I paid for 🤨😕 I told her to charge me extra if needed and she started screaming at me no, then I asked to speak with the manager and she got worse shutting the window and cussing me she wouldn’t call the manager, it’s so sad to be treated like this when most of Starbucks clients are hardworking people in the medical field with Long shifts, the “manager” came and I told her everything and she said they were having a hard day and that’s the way the handle it (insulting clients and being rude) WOW 👏🏻 WHAT A WAY TO MANAGE A STARBUCKS STORE.

Location continues to be closed due to staff on strike for contracts and more pay. They make coffee drinks and heat up and unwrap pre made food, their pay is inline with those skill sets. Just start over and rehire, many people would gladly work fast food.

I recently visited this location. for the first time ..and was subjected to a very deplorable and insensitive racist approach by the staff...the manager yelled and screamed when I complained about not getting my order in a timely manner...he refused to wash his hand before preparing my cup of coffee and attempted to interject a foreign substance in my coffee... After complaining to the regional and district manager, they have decided to do absolutely nothing in regards to my complaint and I will be escalating my complaint to a higher level. . Recently received a so called response to my comment from a fictional owner...the site that was provided to contact was simply the company's advertisement website...they were simply trying to give the impression that they care...but they don't..all a 'hoax '..!

I've been coming to this Starbucks for a long time. I've always enjoyed it, but I have to say, the current staff is the best I've ever seen at a Starbucks. They're so warm and welcoming! They greet me by name and normally have my drink ready for me before I'm even done ordering, even when they're busy. The manager has done amazing work revitalizing this store

Best starbucks in the area! The baristas are so friendly and respectful, I never feel like im waiting an unreasonableamount of time. The place is very clean and the store is well put together!

I absolutely adore this Starbucks! All the baristas are so friendly and remember my name when I come in. The drinks are on point and the cafe has plenty of space to relax or work on my laptop. My favorite barista is Skye - they always make me smile!

Love this starbucks! Staff is super upbeat and knowledgeable, and the manager is wonderful! Aways have an amazing and inviting experience with wonderfully made coffee! If you're looking an upbeat inclusive café to do homework, meet a friend, or just spend the afternoon I definitely recommend this starbucks!

I love this location! Staff is awesome! Always friendly. I was surprised one morning when I drove up to the drive thru and the voice said Good morning Regina, what can we get for you? That put a smile on my face. I wasn’t expecting that. Since then this is the only place I will stop to start my day. My order is always made perfect, they know me by name and I appreciate the courtesy. Thank you!! ❤️
