I would like to thank Starbucks inside the Safeway store at Ina and Oracle Roads in Tucson, Arizona, for honoring our Vets on Veterans Day. I received a free cup of coffee from Elizabeth that works at the Starbucks inside Safeway. I enlisted in the Army in 1965 two years after I graduated from high school and served from 1965 to 1971. The service helped me with my profession as a newspaper photographer I spent fifty-plus years with several newspapers. I was also elected President of the Pennsylvania Press Photographers Association and later was elected Associate Director of the National Press Photographers Association. I told Elizabeth that I would do the survey and decided to write a review on YELP. I asked for a Christmas Blend and she said she would do a pour-over. Thanks to the Safeway Store and Starbucks for hiring great employees. I'm glad businesses remember us Veterans. Thank You. Don Boorse Oro Valley

The espresso machine for the Starbucks currently is not functioning. This is yet another example of Safeway screwing over the Starbucks company by not repairing equipment.

I ordered a chocolate croissant and a grande-size cookie crumble mocha frappuccino at the Starbucks Cafe inside the Safeway at Oracle and Ina. The croissant ($2.95) was nothing special, but the frapp was great. The regular price of the frapp is $5.35, but with a Safeway digital coupon and a Safeway Club card it was only $2.00. Great deal, and certainly kept me caffeinated while I shopped.

I was super full. This place has an awesome atmosphere.
The people who work here are always friendly. The place is usually very clean. The drinks are Yummy and if I have a special request they always do their best to accommodate my orders. There is also outdoor seating, which I enjoy. It's a good place for me to get away and write, sketch or work on my jewelry designs. It is also in a good location.
