I go to this Starbucks primary because it's closest to me, but if the Customer Service was ever awful then trust me. I would go 10-20 miles away to a different to get coffee and great customer service. But today I went here and was greeted, given a mask, and before I left Kaitlyn asked me if I wanted a water. It's been a really rough week, or rather a really rough year. Being out of work, COVID, Bills, and other personal issues. Kaitlyn asking me if I wanted a water was the best thing of today. "Go the extra mile and act like you care about other people." -That's what that meant to me.- Thank you. I will definitely be coming back here more often than not.

I go to starbucks alot more than i shoupd. The cashier is always so kind and they remember my name. I have never gotten a messed up drink and i love how its small and in the corner. I really do love this location and the people who work there. Keep it up!!
