Starbucks generally isn't my favorite place to get drinks, just a personal preference. But the customer service I received from the employees here was outstanding! I wish I knew the name of the person who took my order, he made my day! And additionally, this was a rare time I used my real name (it's Carys, hard to pronounce) and I didn't get any remarks or misspellings or mispronunciations! I have spelled my name out before to employees who still get it wrong (spelled Karisissa or likewise). It's a small detail and I have empathy for those in fast-paced environments, but I felt that the employees took their time to spell and pronounce it right, it was just so nice. The soft music and quiet atmosphere made it perfect for studying today. If any employees see this, thank you so much 🙏
