They will make it right when given the opportunity.
Kylie was absolutely a pleasure to be served by. She was attentive, professional and expedited an order for my sick girlfriend. When you come to this Starbucks ask for Kylie.
Drinks are great, mobile orders come out quick. I wouldn't call the atmosphere cozy or anything, feels a bit like a fast food place.
So I work in transportation and a company that comes into our town and doesn’t let you use a restroom or give you water until you purchase something is ridiculous. I’m driving. I don’t need sugary drinks to run right through me. I need to Use a clean restroom half of the time they’re not clean depending on the area or the lazy people that work there and get some water because it’s hot here. I’m sure it was uncomfortable cashier to tell me I need to purchase something to use the restroom or to even get Water!!!!!
Customer service was nice, coffee is okay, but biting into a cold egg sandwich was a disgusting way to start my day- especially when it has been so long since I’ve visited a Starbucks. I tipped $4, paid $12, so a total of $16 for just a drink since I can’t eat the food
I visited this site several times between a Wednesday through Sunday including peak times in the morning. I was impressed by this smaller location that seems to out-perform much larger locations. The large volume of cars was concerning when i got in line, but I was through in under 4 minutes. The english muffin was light and fluffy compared to the usual dense ones at other sites. The staff, even though busy, was friendly every time. The drinks were made correctly every time. This was a welcome change from other locations hit-and-miss service. Keep this staff, a very well oiled machine. I look forward to returning here
Just had the kindest interaction with one of your baristas. Of course I wish her I got her name, but it was a short brunette. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, totally my mistake, and she was so courteous with helping me to fix the problem. She definitely went above and beyond & I'm grateful!
Why state your open till 8:30pm but be closed and locked up at 8:05pm??
I needed to use their restroom and they were very gracious and gave me the code without any questions or requiring a purchase.

These people have no idea what they're doing. I ask for a 16 oz breve. At the window I was handed a 16 oz cup of cold half and half. When I reminded them of my order this time I got a hot cup of half and half.... again without coffee. A different person than came to the window, who I assume was a manager, and tried to tell me that ”some people order it like that" (without coffee). I then had to explain to her what a breve was at which point she poured out some of the hot cream and threw in two shots of espresso and handed it back without apology and without offering to refund or discount for the inconvenience. I was never rude but I admit I could not hold back my disbelief. This was without a doubt they were worst "coffee" I've ever had.
For their benefit here is the definition of a breve: a coffee drink made with half-and-half instead of milk.

On break from Uber and I ordered an oat milk creme frappuccino because I have a milk allergy but once I went back to work I could tell they put milk in it. Be careful if you have allergies and double check before you leave.

I have had multiple unpleasant experiences at this location so I decided to write a review. The barista at the window with brown curly hair and super cute glasses may need more time off. She is consistently short and does not multitask well. Taking drive thru orders while cashing me out seemed to overwhelm her. I needed a straw, condiments and a water I forgot to order at the speaker but she was unable to address my concerns because she was speaking to other drive thru customers. I attempted to speak to her but could only get one thing out at a time so unfortunately she had to go back and forth. The last time she asked, “Is there anything else you need?!” With an unnecessary attitude. I wanted to tort back with the obvious, “If you had given me 30 seconds I could have asked for everything”. Instead—I thanked her for the napkins and drove away. Situation could have been easily avoided with better training. I know this because I did her job for years. This is not the first time I drove away annoyed so I think I’ll just drive the extra few minutes and give my business to a different location.
