Not sure who the lady is that works at 6:00 a.m. shift but if she's working I would avoid this place at all costs. She was not very friendly with us and while we were waiting didn't seem to be too friendly with a customer that was behind us. There's a Starbucks a quarter mile down the street with very friendly people and fast service, it's worth the drive to just head down there

Beankah is not how you spell my name The two, Aliyah and Shyan were rude. The manager refunded the money. I even had complimented Shyan with her Christmas sweater. And she side eyed me. They were whispering amongst themselves and now I know itās because they spelled my name like that on purpose. The manager didnāt take it seriously and even my daughter walked in to ask if it was in a racial way? The manager lied in our face about the intentions of Aliyah and Shyan. I was absolutely appalled when I came to my local Starbucks and there was absolutely no greeting. I ordered my drink, which was a Strato Frappuccino. She proceeded to roll her eyes that she had to make my drink. She then told me the total and I handed her cash to which she looked at me, absolutely disgusted. She put on gloves took my money with two finger fingers like it was infested with disease and then set my change on the counter without saying a word to me. Itās very rare that I take the time to leave reviews like this. Upon reviewing this store and other peopleās reviews, theyāre all saying that Cheyenne.ā The blonde girlā Is completely disrespectful and rude. I can vouch for that today. I spent hundreds of dollars on Starbucks a week and I will make sure that I go out of my way to avoid this location. After the numerous reviews of absolutely disgusting customer service, I would strongly suggest that you guys look for a replacement if you want to keep customers coming to the Starbucks

Terrible customer service! The blonde girl working here clearly has an attitude problem. She made eye contact with me when I walked in but didnāt say a single word ā no āhi,ā no āIāll be right with you,ā nothing! Just stared at me and kept making drinks like I wasnāt even there. I'm pretty disgusted with the fact that you charge people almost $7 for venti coffee and give them a 1/2 a cup. I ordered a venti, and this is what I got all because I said, I wanted no ice. You're just ripping off people's money and the customer service. Was awful? Both employees had a very bad attitude and we're unprofessional with their comments.
I had to stop in this Starbucks between appointments I ordered the medicine ball tea and the barista was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location.

Iāve never felt inclined to report an employee to a manager but this is my 2nd experience with her and both have been disappointing. Today, I declined service after having such a terrible interaction.
