Went through Drive Thru and had a wonderful experience with the worker Celest I believe was her name! Very personable and great conversation while waiting for my order! She made my day!

Went through the drive through and was handed a latte without the lid secured so it spilled on my seat, door (inside and outside), and down the window well of my new car. Lots of excuses about the wind which we all know would not blow off the lid if it was secured. I'd like to say the manager cared....but yeah, not so much.

So anyway, more sad than funny. I'm sitting in this here Starbucks, with my daughter, and I just gotta say, uh...ok. I am greeted nicely as I approach the pastry display case. I order two cake pops- one birthday cake, and one impossibly cute owl cake pop. Like I can clearly see that there are three owl cake pops in the display case. Well, sir, sorry. We're out of owl cake pops. Yeah, but there's 3 in the display case. Oh, yeah, well they're only for looking at. Not eating. Oh well. No owl cake pop for me.
