The young lady working today was among the best! Her presence, her attitude and her charming personality made my customer experience uplifting and one I want to repeat! She made me the best breve latte I have ever had from a starbucks! This is one of the few good spots to eat in the mall.

This review goes to the owners and manager. Who leaves one staff member alone for two hours to run the entire kiosk and close by themselves on Christmas Eve? Apparently this company. Kudos to the lady who poured her heart out and worked so hard all alone. Shame on the manager for leaving her alone.

Ordered a summer berry lemonade for my daughter because she saw the advertised photo. They got her name wrong and after waiting awhile I asked that it might be hers and they were off a little on the name. He dismissed me. I had to wait in the long line again as multiple people came and went getting their drinks. Finally after about 20 minutes giving me the one that they stated was the wrong name. When I asked if they could put more of the Boba pearls in they said I'd have to wait in line again and pay for more. I pointed out my daughter stated there was more shown in the picture and he stated it was an advertisement.

I went to Starbucks at the Tucson Mall on September 25th around noon to get some water for my three-year-old, and the gentlemen making the drinks completely ignored me and served the women after me and was flirting with them and giving them stickers and other free stuff along with other women who were ahead of me. I saw a smaller cup of water with no ice in it and asked him if this was mine, and he told me it was sitting there for hours. I told him I paid for a large cup of iced water, and kept responding, "Just take it!" I continued telling him it was not mine and responded with the same answer. I am unsure if he has comprehension issues or didn't want to assist me since I was a guy. It seems like flirting with female customers was more important to him. I just took the water and later dumped it as stagnant water is a health violation. I did get my large cup of water but made excuses as to why he didn't serve me in the first place. I have never had such a horrible experience with Starbucks.

Friendly staff, but my Frappuccino came out basically melted. I think the coffee they put in was perhaps a bit hot. Wasn’t in the mood to wait any longer for it to be remade so hopped on Google to complain instead.
