Always friendly helpful. Vicki is amazing. The customer service interaction is first class . Service is always prompt and the orders are made perfectly. They practice teamwork at the highest level. It's always a pleasure going there.

The people who work here are SO NICE. They remember my name and make sure my order is right. I wish there was an independent coffee shop in this plaza, but I feel lucky to have a good Starbucks in Basha’s. Also, they are dog friendly.

As a regular I CAN tell this location keeps getting worse, not what it used to be, stop by for my coffee this morning and got nothing but water, coffee and ice, almost taste like SINK WATER!
