This location is one where you can’t earn rewards at. They fail to mention this until you’ve already paid. Glad I was able to get a refund and go to a standalone location.

I did not get food. Just my venti hot white chocolate mocha through the drive thru. Customer service was great but as soon as I was handed my drink I noticed it felt lighter than normal so I took the lid off to see what’s in the picture which was a the amount in the cup. I don’t expect it to be filled to the rim but the amount in my cup would fit in a grande cup. This is not the first time this has happened and I couldn’t back up as there were cars behind me and I couldn’t go inside as I had an appt to get to. I did call but no one answered but I do know they were very busy.

Nostalgic Podcast
I came in about a week ago and I had Alyssa and Caelan (I think I'm spelling that right?) help me out. I got a Chai with pumpkin foam and a coffee cake warmed up. They were so sweet and kind, had a great attitude, and really lit up the Safeway's atmosphere. My husband and I will definitely be coming here again soon, since we drive this way every day. Thanks Starbucks! :)

Don’t bother going inside. The baristas only focus on the drive thru and ignore their customers inside. Drive they line wrapping around and blocking streets so opt to go inside and had a rude experience after waiting 5 mins of no one acknowledged me. I wonder how good for the environment Starbucks is when it’s better to wait in your car for coffee

Love the staff this is my go to Starbucks everyday even without the convenience if a drive thru.
I am so impressed with the stellar customer service. I have had to have drinks remade twice from a different store and they are so gracious and competent! The new decor is friendly an welcoming. Thank you!
