I did not get food. Just my venti hot white chocolate mocha through the drive thru. Customer service was great but as soon as I was handed my drink I noticed it felt lighter than normal so I took the lid off to see what’s in the picture which was a the amount in the cup. I don’t expect it to be filled to the rim but the amount in my cup would fit in a grande cup. This is not the first time this has happened and I couldn’t back up as there were cars behind me and I couldn’t go inside as I had an appt to get to. I did call but no one answered but I do know they were very busy.

Nostalgic Podcast
I came in about a week ago and I had Alyssa and Caelan (I think I'm spelling that right?) help me out. I got a Chai with pumpkin foam and a coffee cake warmed up. They were so sweet and kind, had a great attitude, and really lit up the Safeway's atmosphere. My husband and I will definitely be coming here again soon, since we drive this way every day. Thanks Starbucks! :)

Don’t bother going inside. The baristas only focus on the drive thru and ignore their customers inside. Drive they line wrapping around and blocking streets so opt to go inside and had a rude experience after waiting 5 mins of no one acknowledged me. I wonder how good for the environment Starbucks is when it’s better to wait in your car for coffee

I went here today for the first time since March 2020, and was hopeful that safety protocols would be in place. Boy was I wrong, as soon as I walked in I saw an employee walking around inside the store with no mask on. I turned around and left, and went to Trader Joe's.

I go to this location once a day with a mobile order before work and they always have my drink ready and made on point. The staff here are also very welcoming when I walk in to pick up my order.
Stopped by the store this afternoon. Asked for some water. Was charged for a cup of water. It was 102 degrees outside, yet they have the nerve to charge for freaking H2O. If it's not illegal, it should be.Sent an email to their Customer Service department & received a pretty standard "we are sorry" response and $5 (or 150 stars) as hush money.Pissed beyond measure and cutting all ties with Starbucks at this point. Not cool Starbucks...not cool at all.

I work here and I'm only a checker but I need to say our meat and our bakery is very awesome because the employees that work in these departments are accommodating ... They work very hard taking care of customers needs and wants.. I'm proud to be a part of that

Giving this store 4 stars because of their deli. If you want great fried chicken stop in and grab some for lunch. If you want a big 50 piece order for work at a reasonable price order ahead it will be waiting hot and crispy. They use this huge pressure cooker type deep fryer and chicken comes out moist and crispy and not to greasy. Try it you will like it

Super good Safeway location. I stumbled in here one afternoon looking for something cheap to drink. I had time to kill and it was close to my client's house. It's located in a busy shopping center. The store had a different layout than I'm used to. But then again I'm used to going to one location. It was humongous, and so well stocked, it was easy to get lost amid the aisles. Safeway stores are kept clean, and this is no exception. IT was a pleasant shopping experience all around.
