Great new store!

Drove through drive thru with grandchildren and one of their friends in the car. They all ordered a Cannonball drink off the menu for a total of 5 drinks. The drive thru guy has me repeat it 4 times and then states that there is no such drink. He informs me that when I am ready to order an available drink….then he will take the order. I tell him that the drink is on the menu. He has me read the ingredients. He then goes silent. After a brief period of silence he then tells me that he was not aware of the drink, and that they will need to make the lemonade. He then takes our orders. No apology was offered on his part. When I arrive at window, the woman at the window informs me that there is a shift change and to give her a few seconds to log in. I share our drive thru experience and she kindly apologizes. She explains that the drink is new and that some employees are unaware. Since the lemonade has not been made, she asks me to drive ahead and wait in the parking lot. During our 20 min wait, a female employee kicked open the door and seemed upset. She sat at an outside patio and was visibly upset…raising her arms and then putting her head on the table. Eventually, a woman (maybe the manager) came out with the drinks and apologized for the wait, and reiterated that they had to make the lemonade. She then walked over to the employee seated outside and had a brief interaction. The employee remained seated and began using her cell phone. We left this Starbucks feeling uneasy about the whole experience.

Guy at the window today at 10:45am couldn’t even say hi to me when I said hello. Couldn’t tell me to have a good day or goodbye. Got upset because I asked for straws and gave me 2 when I had 3 drinks. He slammed the door after I asked for the additional straw. Asked for Caramel drizzle and didn’t get any.

Your parking lot is way to small. If there is NO parking i will go thru your drive thru for my Uber pick up order! If you refuse ill just let the order go. You guys are ridiculous and rude as all hell

Apparently it's too much of an effort to read the sticker. Or perhaps comprehension is the challenge? Thinking more is just bad customer service and lack of pride in doing a job correctly.
Went through the drive thru this evening, only one in line, one customer inside that came in after my order was completed, so not like they were so rushed they couldn't get it right.
Not only did the drink have foam, it did not have the extra sugars. Wound up at the circle K removing foam and adding sugar. Now I remember why I stopped going to Starbucks and go to QT instead. And obviously I'm not the only one, Look at all the locations closing. Things don't improve, I don't see Starbucks laying much longer.
I recommend going elsewhere for your coffee fix.

I get a mocha often enough to use the app, no where to leave feedback and unless contacting the store. I don’t want that so here I am. Weak taste and didn’t really taste good. Starbucks wondering why they are closing stores or losing patrons?

The only location that doesnt wipe the cup before they hand it to you. Also the only drive thru location where the app doesn't let you tip after. Lately the drive thru is blocked and since their parking lot is small it hasn't been worth making a stop on the way home. Its saved me money. So im greatful and annoyed.

According to the Starbucks app, this store normally is scheduled to close at 9PM on weekdays. I arrived at 7:45pm and attempted to go through the drive-thru but apparently there was a car parked in the middle of the drive-thru in the opposite direction. With the clear intention to avoid letting any cars go through. I could see that there was still associates inside the restaurant All and although they did appear to be doing close down procedures, the door was already locked with no indication that they were technically done for the night. Even after I had knocked on the door and one of the associates made eye contact me and did not give any indication on whether the store was still open or closed. I can understand if I have been given particular reasons on needing to shut down the store early, but it appeared that the associates simply did not want to take any more orders for the rest of the night. This is incredibly poor service standards for Starbucks and I hope that the franchise owner of this particular Starbucks is well aware of it.

The drive thru is constantly closed, I end up going somewhere else as it isn’t an option to bring my infant twins inside. I wish I could rely on this business.

It appears as though my previous review was taken down. I almost never leave negative reviews. I am honest and seek nothing in return, only wish for customer service to improve. I pulled up to the drive-through excited to try a new drink and was treated with a snarky, passive aggressive attitude that left me stunned in the drive thru. Mind you, I was friendly as I always am, but was caught off guard when I felt like the woman at the drive-through was talking to me like a child. That affected me the rest of the day. I was disappointed to say the least.

Was suprised to see another review upset about the employees. This is my favorite location, and only Starbucks I will go to, period. And thats specifically because of the employees. They are always incredibly friendly and joyful, recognizing regulars, working fast and accurately... I admittedly don't go often, but everytime without fail, I've had a uniquely great experience.

Coffee and food was on point. I sometimes use Starbucks as an alternative to working at home. The crew this morning sounds like a frat party. Full throated wolf howls and other yelling, specifically from a young female. I understand that working from a Starbucks isn’t a library environment.

I love businesses where the employees are having fun. In my opinion, this crew has exceeded reasonable fun, and is disruptive to the customers. I’m sitting next to a man wearing a Vietnam Vet hat, and he is visibly irritated.
