Didn’t even make my coffee right hardly put any coffee in mostly cold foam guy seem like he’s mad or something
The Coffee taste like it’s sat there for a very long time i’ve been there a lot of times, but on multiple occasions this has happened
Was visiting Tucson for 6 days and spent the mornings here. Everyone was extremely kind and this store is so organized. Awesome store.
One of my many local Starbucks, I decided to stop here at this location to redeem my Starbucks ⭐️ reward for a free coffee. I was so excited for my order, it was a venti upside down caramel macchiato ex. Caramel drizzle. Tasted way to watery not enough coffee such a shame 😕 couldn’t even finish it.

Either someone was thirsty, or they shorted my drink. I ordered a venti shaken espresso as I do at other locations, which always come filled to the top. At this location, 2 inches below the lid line is a venti?
They'll be open when they feel like it and serve who they feel like serving so not the best vibe

I came through the drive up this morning to get my usual, I always order it the same way, venti iced Carmel latte with blonde espresso and light ice. It the only drink I ever get so I know I ordered it correctly. The barista at the window gave me a grande, but the drink looked right other than that. I politely told her that I meant to order a venti and pulled the blame back on myself for perhaps not enunciating better, though grande and venti sound completely different, still mistakes happen and that’s okay. What wasn’t okay was what happened next. I watched her hand the drink back to another barista who simply poured it into a venti cup, added two more pumps of carmel and extra ice. Being a former Starbucks barista myself this was appalling. An iced venti espresso drink will come with three shots of espresso, in addition I asked for light ice. What she should have done was remake the entire drink, that would be the right way to do it by company standards, though I wouldn’t have had and issue with it had she given me the third shot (that I did pay for because the first barista adjusted the price) and kept the drink light ice when moving it into a venti, but she decided to cut several corners and give subpar service. I was rather annoyed at this point and didn’t want to make more of a fuss because I had to get to work so I left without saying anything else, but please try to be better.

I drive to other locations to get my coffee even though this location is a block from my house. Every time I go I get my coffee and it’s so disgusting. I stopped going, such a shame because if there was better customer service this location would be so much better than the one on 22/kolb. Hopefully, there is a good change in the near future
The hot matcha latte was too sweet. But the staff was really nice
Quite honestly the worst customer service of any other Starbucks in town. The girl working the window today 7/28 couldn’t be bothered to smile or greet me and when I said thank you she stared at me and closed the window. Truthfully it’s just embarrassing

They had to remake my simple ice coffee twice and it still was bad. Just left and went to another Starbucks so they could remake it right.
