Have had a couple of different rude encounters with Emma. She is a very rude, unhappy, and unpleasant team member. From not giving my free drink when I had one through the app and not telling me why I couldn't use it, to asking what I was waiting for at the window when she wasn't even working it. Hello clearly waiting for my order.. she clearly isn't happy to be there and the customers see it.

I came here to do a little work. Entered my mobile order on the way down, so I didn't have to wait. After setting up, a female employee very rudely told me I couldn't be there unless I ordered something. I politely mentioned that I made an online order a while ago and was waiting to be called. She brought back my order with attitude and no apology. Totally fine, maybe she is going through something... doesn't matter. I like Starbucks but I won't be back to this location unless I want to pay for the extra judgment. (I don't, haha)

There is a barista by the name of maya who tends to give me a welcoming smile followed by a small finger wave every time i visit and for some reason she always insist on making me a gingerbread chai drink. ITS LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON I KEEP COMING BACK!!

How do you get a ice caramal frappe mixed with a hot frappe? Then the guy couldnt hear me repeat it when i was about to pay for it. Clear your damn ears i know i speaked clearly. Starbucks is the worst company that was ever invented.. I hope dutch bros takes over yall
