On March 21st I ordered a hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot and cinnamon powder. And a iced chai latte with cinnamon powder.The caramel macchiato didn't have an extra shot nor cinnamon powder.And the iced chai latte did not have cinnamon powder.They were careless with my order. I was very disappointed because I was craving what I had order.

The Starbucks screen was black and nobody came to the speaker for help so I assumed they were possibly closed but as I turned to go through and out of the store someone was getting their drinks at the window. I told the employee what happened and she told me I needed to drive around and order at the speaker. Nobody was behind me so I felt it was pointless and decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I can definitely understand if I pulled up for no reason but this was plenty the reason to pull up and order and sense there was no one behind me I felt there was no valid reason to go through the trouble and pull around. I never complain but for this I will be leaving this review.

This location just can't get it together. Ever since they've opened, I've had issues with them. It's the closest location to me but I'll need to go somewhere else at this point. Everytime I place a mobile order, they can't find it or only give me half my order and then say bye. Half the time they have the drive thru closed - but still have drive thru pickup available on the app so I've ordered not realizing until I've arrived that I'll have to go inside in my pj's to get my order. My go to drink tastes different everytime - there's no consistency.

When entering this charming coffee shop we were warmly greeted by one of the baristas and Eric Barta. I found this Starbucks warm and inviting and easy to get to. We highly recommend you stop in when in the area.

I ordered two drink that had been prepared wrongly when I explained to the employee about this she kept correcting me on how pronounce the name of the drink that I wasn't saying it right, I found offensive as I have a an accent, and I the drink tasted like @#$#;_;3(_!!'! thank you respectfully the Mexican lady at the drive through.

Maya lied to me and mislead me informing that she would give me a refund and I drove all the way over here, I don't even live on this side of town to get my refund. I went through the drive-through and she tells me I need to come in and she needs to see my receipt and then she said she can't give me my refund. She was very rude not sincere at all. She just kept rushing me didn't wanna hear me complain and I'm extremely disappointed. She knew the rules and she lied to me, my issue was not resolved. I'm not happy the communication she doesn't even know how to do her job. Thanks for ruining my day MYA
