We ordered (2) Egg, Bacon and cheese sandwiches, both were Luke warm and typical day old, kinda re-heated sandwiches. I ordered a Grande Sumatra Dark Roast and received a Green Matcha Latte…? unfortunately I didn’t realize it until we were down the road a mile. My wife’s Latte was good as always at a Starbucks, only reason for a 2 star rating or it would be a 1 star.

the girl with curly hair, idk if she has Tourette's but she was laughing at people while taking orders and it was rude. very unprofessional. they also were very slow and still messed up orders.

Me and my nana went to this Starbucks and my nana has never ordered anything here before and she wanted a coffee and the person who took our order Jay,explained it very nice to her and told her the different coffees they have and it was very nice of him to explain it to her I’m glad we went.

Too busy! Very slow location, also very busy. Drive thru can take up to 15 minutes, inside can take twice as long. Also, this location is usually out of the pastry I want.

Yes this location usually takes FOR EVER! Usually I wait...it is what it is. This time we were the first in line. I asked for an iced London Fog. It took the barista a bit to get to us but no biggie. When she comes she asked if I wanted a different drink that she had already made instead...because it would take her 5 minutes to brew the tea. But this one was ready to go... Nope, if I would've wanted something else I would've ordered it. She seemed bothered that I wanted what I paid for. Of course when I got the drink it wasn't made right but whatever I just left. Such an annoying experience.
