This is by far the worst Starbucks I've been to, and it sucks that it's on UoA's campus. My order was messed up twice. I ordered a grande vanilla frappe and a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappe; the first time, both orders were grande, and the caramel ribbon crunch wasn't even what I had ordered. I corrected the barista that I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch, and when I tasted the drink it was not at all what I ordered. It wasn't even caramel, no crunchy bits, only the syrup was, and the coffee itself was vanilla flavored. First and last time I order anything here!

Always great service , compassionate baristas and good food quality.
The wait time could be long, but online order could be a great solution for it.

Truly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to -- and I've been to many around the globe. As a student at UA, I always hoped this location would turn around to be a comforting and quick place for students studying at the library (literally attached to this building), but it has progressively (somehow) gotten worse.I went in today, knowing I had a 2-hour break due to my previous experiences with extreme wait times here despite few customers, and ordered a simple iced peach green tea. I specifically told the cashier I did not want lemonade. I waited for nearly 45 minutes before I saw one of the baristas finally start to make my drink, and I watched her pour lemonade into it. As soon as she called my name, I asked politely if there was lemonade in the drink. She looked at the label (wow! maybe think to do this before making the order?), which only said peach green tea on it, before giving me a dirty look and throwing the drink to the side to start my correct order.Mind you, this drink takes a maximum of 30 seconds to make. This is the one place of the school I will not miss when I graduate. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Among my many visits here, I have yet to encounter a kind or even somewhat happy-looking staff member. Instead of making my day better, this place always makes it worse!

It takes over 1 hour every time I order from here. I’m always patient but when I asked them to reheat up my food after getting my drink an hour after, they refused and redirected me toward a microwave. $6 for a sandwich I have to heat up myself. They should have just given me a new one. Student staff was nice, but management was kind of rude about it.

Cold hot coffee. The brownie i got was warmer than the coffee. I also asked for sugar and it seems they put sweetener.
Don't waste your money here, everytime I go to get coffee because it's near my work, I'm always running into problems... today I tried to go twice( 2 hrs apart). First time, was the fire alarm. Second was toldthey are only taking mobile orders...

Placed a mobile order and said it was going to be ready at 9:30am. I'm currently sitting here at 10:12am and my order is still not ready. The staff has avoided eye contact as much as possible but when I finally got ahold of someone they told me that my order hadn't even been printed yet. I ordered it 1 HOUR ago and it still isn't printed out. Long story short, don't waste your time at this awful place.

Starbucks is chain, same everywhere
long wait times. had to leave without getting all our drinks after a point because the baristas do not know how to prioritize or sequence. the one drink we got (out of the three ordered) was made incorrectly (the one alteration was literally just add cream)
