If I could give this place 0 stars for customer service I would, i came in when they where not busy at all, I stood there waiting for some one to take my my order for 5 minutes while the employees just stood there and talked, one finally came up to me and asked me if I wanted some thing being extremely rude, and dismissive, when I finally got my drink it was wrong and when I brought to their attention to which I was treated like I was lying, I buy coffee here almost every day but because of this interaction i will not be bringing my business here again, I feel very let down.

Amazing experience at Starbucks in Safeway right now because barrista Tanya was so patient with my indecisiveness and so sweet to give me sample of new flavor! I know what I'm getting next time!

The licensed Starbucks is located at 4752 E Sunrise Drive inside the Safeway Supermarket and the corporate Starbucks in the photo is located at 4700 E Sunrise Drive. The distance between the stores is about 1/10 mile, maybe less.

I have some time to kill so I thought I would pick up some Safeway items and top it off with a coffee n blueberry muffin. Since this is in the store, there is no seating. There was once, but the area was converted to storage for store pick up customers. The muffins are from a refer so, ice cold. I ll find a place to sit outside. That will work. But the muffin from a refer is very sticky. Not normal like ambient temp. Just different. I wouldn't do it twice here. My coffee of the day, Pikes Place Is excellent. The Barristas were very polite.

Starbucks is still holding their bathrooms hostage over Covid 19. ...One is open now. But come on, this makes no sense, until you see they just value (minor) expense over customer care. Rude to the general public, but certainly don't care about handicapped people that may need access.

Went for a breakfast sandwich in the morning. I asked for a napkin and was told they didn’t have any. The employee didn’t say they were sorry or anything. I then asked the staff n earshot why they hadn’t gone to the grocery store located 30 yards away and purchased napkins and I received no response from the 20 year old employees. I guess Starbucks doesn’t pay its employees to think. The founder C Shultz would have fired every employee on the spot. Pathetic customer experience.

Standard Starbucks. We ordered curbside but they never did come out. Had to go in and get our drinks.

Poorly managed and always dirty with trash everywhere out front. I order a Togo order and it’s never ready when I get there or wrong. The staff needs to be more friendly to work at Starbucks IMO. They are cold unless you are a young man.

Always have a good experience. No matter what! All of the staff know how to handle stress and situations as well as make a damn good cup of coffee for a Starbucks! Mainly rating 5 stars because of how well managed it is and how fast the service is. This is my morning coffee stop and will be from now on!

Terrible that this place doenst know how to I Clyde coffee when you order a LATTE with Carmel drizzle and whipped cream and they will NOT replace it ! Never again go here they are always ACTING like they are in a rush and parking lot is empty.
