they are always so nice to me here, EVERY WORKER. and i go pretty often, sometimes they even make my days a bit better just because they are so generous:) they also make really good matcha but in general ive never really had a bad food item or drink from here! its my go to because every time i go to a different starbucks they make it bad but this one is the bestđ

This is my favorite Starbucks ever! The baristas are all very nice and super helpful when it comes to questions about drinks. On my most recent trip, the barista at the drive thru window helped me figure out my new matcha latte order with the change of matcha powder used. He had me tey my drink before I left to make sure it was great, and it was PERFECT! Updated to say that this is seriously the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Just look at my video clip! đ„č
Had a situation here tonight @7:25 pm âŠmy daughter experienced a minor medical emergency while we were in the parking lot and I just needed a cup of ice water to cool her down to stop/slow what was going on and the oh so gracious Olga at this location said âStarbucks policy is you have to buy something to get the ice waterâ and I get it if it was not important but I guess cause it doesnât personally affect her she could care less. I told her it was a medical issue and medical issues are covered by the ADA but she said â well my name is Olga and you can complain to my manager Katieâ I told her she could be in violation of the ADA and she said she didnât care she was following Starbucks policy and to complain to her manager Katie.
She has always been rude and condescending since she started here but for her to be that heartless for a child that was having a medical episode, god I hope she doesnât have kids cause I feel for them and I hope they never have medical issues.
So it was basically a big F you to people that have medical issues because she shrugged her shoulder smirked and said âoh wellâ.
Thanks a lot Olga hope you have the life you deserve. Also manager Katie please watch the video if the store is recording this is not someone that should be in charge of a store at all especially without management supervision.

I asked for water and they told me I had to make a purchase to get water. Itâs Arizona and 100 degrees and no other Starbucks does that. Just go to Dutch bros.

In my Top 5 Starbucks anywhere. Their outdoor area has morning shade, a big plus during a hot Tucson summer. My Breve Latte was absolutely perfect, and I mean temperature-wise as well as taste - I could sip it fully as soon as it found its way to my hand.
