Was lied to by Jamie about purchasing a Trenta Ice water. She said it was against policy. I buy them all the time. Called Starbucks customer service and it is not. Lol. They're sending me a gift card for my troubles. Went across the street to the strip mall Starbucks by the movie theater and got a Trenta ice water, no problem! I'm a great tipper and a nice guy. Just don't understand people sometimes.

Service is always great at this Starbucks but this morning was Exceptional. The young woman who helped me today was the sweetest, most refreshing kind hearted person. Her name is summer. Thank you girl 🩷
