Not real friendly Staff i had to raise my voice twice for the woman to even hear me i spoke very clear i said can i get a 25 dollar gift card ,yes she finally got it i will not go to this store again , nobody listens ,its like everyone is high they need friendly more detailed people , I dont like speaking loud especially when it was almost empty ...

What? I’m seeing this almost half empty! I ordered a Venti size HOISE (HORCHATA OATMILK ICED SHAKEN EXPRESSO) there was so much foam that it brought down to almost half. Give me my moneys worth I could have just bought a Grande size then. 😒 will not be buying here anymore.

I want to give a huge shout out to Sherrelle at Starbucks Golflinks and Houghton location! If she isn’t a manager she needs to be! She was the only one working, and she had a lot of customers and she remained very friendly and sweet, interacted with the customers, greeted them, apologized for any wait time and she did it all without looking stressed or anything! She rocked making drinks as they were delicious!! Give her a raise or a promotion!!
