I'm standing next to the register waiting to be served and the lady serves the guy walking up to the counter ahead of me. THEN when I pay she has difficulty counting the change. THEN she starts to make my order incorrectly until I remind her it's decaf. And finally when I tell her I don't need 2 cups(trying to help the environment) she throws the 2nd cup in the garbage. Starbucks gets a 0 on its concern for the environment. BAD SERVICE. Won't be back.

The manager Jake was super nice and made my chestnut praline real fast. One of the best chestnut praline lattes I’ve ever had. If you go you’ll want him to make your drink. Yummy!

I ordered a sugar cookie latte with almond milk and 1 with whole milk and said I was allergic to almonds so I need mine made separately. She told me she couldn’t do it. So I left. I then went to pour my coffee company and they assured me they can Mike mine with no cross contamination.
