This is like a coffee drink factory we have been waiting in line without being acknowledged for over five minuets. And the lady in front of us has been here for nine. The people who were in front of her have been waiting for their drinks as long as she has been waiting. There are three people behind the counter all busy, overwhelmed no doubt, and acting like we are not here. At one point there are 7 drinks on the counter (mobil orders I guess) Predicting this will be a 30 min. stop for coffee. Hope I remember not to stop here when I’m in a hurry. Oh no, the matcha are iced, we wanted them hot. 25 min. Feel bad for the kids working there.

Guy at the front counter was too busy talking to his coworker while he’s at the counter, completely stopping the line just standing there for 15 minutes while he’s showing him memes on his phone…. Drinks also take another 10 minutes to come out

Love stopping in during pumpkin season. I have been in a few times over the past week. Great pumpkin latte with oat milk. The store looks great, clean counters,and clean floors. Ran into the floor guy, he was buffing the floors! Looks great! Thanks for listening.

Based on my experience, this Starbucks is out of dark roast coffee on 50% of my visits, doesn’t really matter what time of day. Menu items should always be available.

The worst Starbucks in Tucson. Definitely don’t put in a mobile order in the mornings because they’re always behind by 30 minutes. Not the staffs fault , they need to add more baristas in the mornings. Definitely needs better management. The poor baristas.

I wouldn't order mobile at this location if you are in a rush. I waited for 25 minutes for 2 drinks to be ready. I don't think they have the staff to serve the line and the mobile orders at the same time.

I went there at 6:45 pm and the employee told me they closed. They are suppose to be open till 7:00pm. The cashier at the Safeway was even surprised that they “closed” early.
