I never leave negative reviews but the staff at this location are super rude. My girlfriend tried to redeem her birthday reward (free food or drink as stated on the app) and at first they told her the reward was already used… it was not, then the excuse was that you have to have had the app long enough to make a certain amount of orders, also not true as she’s had the app for at least a year. We contacted support on the app and they fixed the reward so we came back to redeem it for a free food item. The scan worked but the lady at the register couldn’t get it to work and told us that we couldn’t use it for a food item… it literally says on the app; “free food or drink on us!” The staff here were so dismissive as if we were stupid… we just wanted to redeem the birthday offer. Had to go to a different location. Have never had such bad service at a Starbucks. I understand if it’s a technical issue but the attitude the staff has is inappropriate and I would never treat customers like they do especially on their birthday of all days 😒. Thanks for nothing.

I normally never leave reviews, but I feel this is important for anyone with allergies. I have a milk allergy and I’m currently breastfeeding, and my baby breaks out in hives from cow’s milk. I ordered a grande hot oatmilk vanilla latte. The first drink I received was iced, so I kindly asked for it hot. They remade it, and I reminded the barista that it needed to be oatmilk.

While waiting, I watched him make my drink with regular milk, not oatmilk. When he handed it to me, I asked again if it was oatmilk and he reassured me that it was. I even explained that my baby has an allergy to cow’s milk, and he still insisted. I didn’t want to argue, but I left feeling uneasy because I knew what I saw. I asked my husband to taste it, and it was definitely made with regular milk.

I understand they were swamped, but allergies are serious. I wasn’t being picky—I just needed a safe drink so I could get through my day without risking my baby breaking out in hives. This could have ended badly, and I really hope the store retrains staff on allergy safety.

Went down this morning to get two cookie crumble frappuccinos and a white chocolate mocha and it was terrible it was to sweet this is the second time it happened I'm going somewhere else back to the one on 6th Ave who ever makes the coffee there still needs some training

The sign on the door says open until 1 pm and I was there at 12:30 to pick up my and my daughter’s mobile order. After I stood outside waiting to pick up my drink that was sitting on their pick up counter the girl sweeping opens the door with an attitude and tells me their lobby is closed at 1230 when the sign on the door says 1pm and tried to tell me to I had to get back in my car and go to the drive thru I explained my drink is on the counter and she finally let me get my drinks and be on my way. Her demeanor was rude and customer service sucked! I will never go to that location again on Irvington and I19

I’ve been here twice and both times they messed up both of our drinks.I ordered a simple Iced caramel icoffeeAnd the coffee tasted watered down and old. I had them remake it the second time I went because the iced caramel coffee tasted like pure milk.I won’t come back here again.This is the closest Starbucks to me but I will drive a few more miles to get a coffee that is made correctly and taste good

Spoke to the manager Yoli who after listening me still didn't offer to take care of my drink. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time.

Been here a few times and the slowest most unpleasant service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. The staff is just talking to each other and other target staff or standing around, very nonchalant and lazy honestly.

Customer service was good, however the drinks are very poorly made. They are very watered down and not made correctly. We ordered quite a few drinks and none of them tasted as what they really should be. I hope they can work on improving the drink making skills because when you buy a drink it is important that it tastes exactly what it should be. I did notice this location only has 3.9 stars but I was hoping to get a good experience out of it. It doesn't seem that way. Definitely not returning to the specific location. One of our ordered drinks was iced green tea latte (pictured) and it's not made correctly and it looks very water down and not mixed properly. The other drinks we got were an ice chai, a strawberry acai which also looks extremely watered down, a strawberries and cream frappuccino with chips and an ice vanilla latte with vanilla cold foam and the cold foam was not even added on to it but we paid for it. Pretty disappointed overall!
