Worse Starbucks I’ve been to. These employees are so careless and don’t care about the customers. Everytime I go to this location they always mess up my order, I told the guy with orange hair that I ordered a large drink and he said no you didn’t I heard you say a medium as he laughed. Wow how are you gonna tell me what I ordered. This Starbucks needs better employees.

This is my second time at this place and it's the last, the first time I thought it was a bit dirty and the service was poor but I went at night so I thought it was because of the time, but today I met two friends and their daughters and an employee came up to me and told me that I had to take my dog out, which is a service pet but she didn't ask me first, so I apologize at her and explained but she told me again that he had to go out without the vest, I explained that it was because of the heat (it was 103 outside) but I could go get it from the car and I showed her its collar where it has its service dog ID, she seemed indifferent and told me that dogs come in and urinate in a rude manner and left, I think it was very rude the way she addressed me since it was not necessary, my dog is a 9 pound Maltese and is very quiet.

This is the only starbucks in tucson that sucks at making coffee for the amount of money you guys charge just for your workers not to make the coffee right is very unfair! Every time I come something is wrong, like how do you mess up coffee? The only reason I kept trying was because this is the only starbucks on valencia. Would much rather wait at a cafe and be charged way less for a actual coffee!!

I ordered a matcha from there and there was huge chunks of matcha powder not blended correctly it was horrible it felt like they made it in such a rush!

This is the first time I’ve ordered a coffee in a personal cup and been told they don’t give refills. This was after my initial purchase and going to the register and being treated like an idiot for waiting at the register for them to take my personal, which is how it is done at every other Starbucks I frequent. Then as I waited at the drink counter for a refill and was soundly ignored when I finally got someone to interact with me I was told they don’t give refills in personal cups, another first for my Starbucks experience. Pure discrimination and ageism with a side of youthful disdain. Maybe it’s Starbucks new direction? I hope not. Maybe it’s just South Tucson! To add, a woman came in to pick up her coffee as I was leaving. When she asked for the bathroom code they told her “it’s for customers only”… she was there picking up a coffee… sheer idiocy!
