This is the only starbucks in tucson that sucks at making coffee for the amount of money you guys charge just for your workers not to make the coffee right is very unfair! Every time I come something is wrong, like how do you mess up coffee? The only reason I kept trying was because this is the only starbucks on valencia. Would much rather wait at a cafe and be charged way less for a actual coffee!!

I ordered a matcha from there and there was huge chunks of matcha powder not blended correctly it was horrible it felt like they made it in such a rush!

This is the first time I’ve ordered a coffee in a personal cup and been told they don’t give refills. This was after my initial purchase and going to the register and being treated like an idiot for waiting at the register for them to take my personal, which is how it is done at every other Starbucks I frequent. Then as I waited at the drink counter for a refill and was soundly ignored when I finally got someone to interact with me I was told they don’t give refills in personal cups, another first for my Starbucks experience. Pure discrimination and ageism with a side of youthful disdain. Maybe it’s Starbucks new direction? I hope not. Maybe it’s just South Tucson! To add, a woman came in to pick up her coffee as I was leaving. When she asked for the bathroom code they told her “it’s for customers only”… she was there picking up a coffee… sheer idiocy!

Naomi is one of the worst Starbucks workers.After waiting 20 mins in line she's not welcoming aside from being rude she pushes our coffees out to us coffee all over...how I miss our starbucks on grant and swan. Best everthing....

I request a matcha light foam since every time I get it regular, ITS JUST FOAM, Made sure to order light foam today prevent that. What do I get? A drink full of foam…really?

99% of the time I use the drive-thru at Starbucks. I've been to this specific location several times and typically get a hot Cafe Americano with an extra shot and cream on the side. Order was made exactly as requested. It was hot and very fresh and the breakfast sandwich was perfect! Service was quick and friendly. The location is great and easy access for me.
Recommended dishes: Hot Caffe Latte Double Bacon and Egg, Pike Place Roast, Decaf Sumatra

Friendly staff overall. I am picky with my coffee and they tend to add too much half n half which isn’t necessarily their fault as they follow recipes I would imagine. I order my coffee and add half n half myself.

Unfortunately, the caffeine does not cure depression. (Also the coffee taste is never consistent but I'll keep coming here cause coffee that tastes like dirt means it was ground that morning 🥁)
