We waited 30 minutes for a drink! Very rude and slow people. Not mindful of time. The lady kept skipping our drinks and making other drinks before even though we were there first. When we complained the guy making the drinks laughed at us and still skipped our drinks. Very bad service.

Worse Starbucks I’ve been to. These employees are so careless and don’t care about the customers. Everytime I go to this location they always mess up my order, I told the guy with orange hair that I ordered a large drink and he said no you didn’t I heard you say a medium as he laughed. Wow how are you gonna tell me what I ordered. This Starbucks needs better employees.

This is the only starbucks in tucson that sucks at making coffee for the amount of money you guys charge just for your workers not to make the coffee right is very unfair! Every time I come something is wrong, like how do you mess up coffee? The only reason I kept trying was because this is the only starbucks on valencia. Would much rather wait at a cafe and be charged way less for a actual coffee!!
