Great pumpkin bread and banana bread. Best when heated up, by the way. The atmosphere was hip/chic. Nice music. Folks doing computer work on the bench seats. The only complaint was the coffee took a while to be ready. Not sure why it took almost 10 min for an Americano. Otherwise everything perfect. Bathrooms were clean. They also have seating outside with umbrellas.

I come here during the day when on break from work and sit in the lobby. I make it a point to buy somthing each time, usually a brewed coffee. Today when i came in at about 10am on Thursday, i ordered a coffee. I noticed that the red light on the coffee shuttle was blinking. The blinking light means it has been sitting there for 30 mins, and a fresh pot should be brewed. I told the young man that rang me up that if he needed to brew a fresh pot, it would not be a problem, to which he replied, "Oh, it's still hot" and proceeded to pour me a cup from that shuttle.Now here's the deal: If this were a $1 cup of coffee, I'd be fine with it being not fresh. I spend more because it's SUPPOSED to be fresh, that's what I'm paying for. Also, i felt as though the employee knew that the coffee was old, but rather than making a fresh pot (which i was happy to wait for) he took the lazy way out and just used what had expired. I'm disappointed with the service.

Staff worries about the drive through more than the people waiting inside.. waited 25+ minutes to get 2 drinks when I should have just went in the drive through. Manager needs to be working the drive through just aswell as the people waiting inside. Do better.

This is the worst starbucks location. I always have to wait like an hour for a effin drink, the employees seem to hate their job and don't even acknowledge you. I had to ask three different employees for my drink and none of them could give me an answer. I give up on them.

I ordered a hot Americano coffee, two sugars , light ice, simple hot coffee, and the cashier ordered it wrong, he ordered an ice coffee. They never called my name and after a long wait, trying to be nice because they were busy, I asked for my coffee and that’s when they noticed their mistake. Instead of putting me as priority to make up for their mistake, I had to wait several more minutes for my coffee. I didn’t get an apology for making me wait a long time for a simple coffee, the manager instead offer me an excuse why there was a mistake and why they made several orders in front of me even after they realize the mistake. Definitely a bad experience.
