I frequent many Starbucks in and around Tucson and I can honestly say with no reservations whatsoever, that this location has the friendliest staff of any and all of them in all of Tucson! I know that’s a bold statement, but if you knew how much coffee I indulge in, then you’d understand. Everyone who works here, even the new employees, always remember my name and my favorite drink. They always make me feel so welcome! It’s my happy place!

Stopped by this morning, and the drive through line was out to the street. Busy place. So I went inside.At the front of the line, a customer was having some sort of issue with their mobile app or something. Everyone was being friendly, but it was taking time.One of the women in the kitchen, I think her name is Laura, asked the three of us in line what we were ordering. So while the person up front was getting sorted, the crew was prepping our orders. Got to the front of the line, re-ordered my order, and it all came out instantly.Laura is a rock star, and the whole crew here seems to be awesome. Nice work, folks!

My drink was made incorrectly, despite being simple and straightforward. They also let the espresso turn, so it was bitter. This could have been avoided if they had just made the drink according to recipe. Get it together, guys…
