I’m pregnant and was craving this all morning, I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and grilled cheese the barista with pink hair was rude when taking my order and rude at the window. When i got my drink it wasn’t filled ! i asked if she can add more oat milk nicely she gave me 2% ! both my drinks were ordered with oat milk i wasted $7 on a drink i couldn’t drink ! Didn’t get her name she didn’t have a name tag on ! I loved the customer service from here in the past but after this idk ..

So .. entered the store at 7:30 pm. .. approached the counter and the manager was counting the register. he looked at me as if annoyed .. stepped back and said ill be back when finished ... never said he was finished nor did they say they can serve me ... they proceeded to clean the coffee makers ... scumbags ..

So sick of these guys getting my order wrong. It’s a standard drink on the menu, a shaken espresso and literally never shaken. It’s frustrating because it’s just so expensive. I usually wouldn’t leave a review but with the really bad attitude I received when asked if it was shaken and it clearly wasn’t is off putting. Come on guys, just do your job with pride and make the drinks the way you are supposed to. My husband and I are so turned off, I think that’s our last visit to Starbucks in general. Overpriced and not made well.

The worst Starbucks in Tucson. The manager was the cashier. She had a 5 minute conversation with her friend instead of taking customer orders. They were making drinks out of order the guy behind got his drink before me. Dirty tables and seating area. This location needs a lot of help.

I have to say I was really down this morning, and I went to go get myself a coffee as a pick me up. And the person taking my order made me laugh. He didn’t know that I really needed that and I don’t know how else to say thank you. This location is my go to and they have the friendliest staff in Tucson. I know that they get busy but I’ve never been treated like a burden or rushed. Seriously amazing customer service here and all around good people.

The two girls working served multiple cars while I stood at the counter. Despite glancing at me several times and coming nearly face to face with me multiple times, they never said a word or acknowledged me. Another girl eventually came out from the ba.ck so I was finally helped. I started working on my computer and they never called out my name, I just looked up 5 minutes later to see my drink sitting on the counter. 15min to get one drink with no other customers inside. Horrible customer service.
