I love to go cologne shopping and then come in here and get peoples reactions to the new fragrance. Seriously though, I love the way this store is setup and I love the fact that it actually stays open in accordance with its advertised hours. Great ambiance and friendly staff.

Another visit, another incorrect drink. Including a specified allergen is a massive fail. Being confidently told it was made right is even more baffling. Reading the cup sticker shouldn't be the hardest part of the process.

Came in so excited because is been while I had my Starbucks coffee this morning 🌞 so ask for help and the worker in cash register was good but the barista really outdid himself....so eager to help but to just be noticed....but filled my cup with lots of ice and not enough of drink.really looked like they had few sips before giving my drink 🤦🏻♀️and he did a little emoji like What The POO! ...I left because I didn't like my experience in this Starbucks and will not be going back..what pity and close to my job.....

This is one of the worst Starbuck’s in Tucson, and especially terrible for DoorDash orders. Just today I ordered a mocha frappuccino and received a matcha frappuccino. The label is always right, but the drink is almost always wrong (see photo). Within the past couple of months, I’ve also ordered an iced peppermint white chocolate mocha, in which I received a vanilla crème frappuccino. I ordered another mocha frappuccino one time and received something with a different flavor and cookie crumbles in it - I couldn’t even tell you what it was. If I order a beverage and select a different option for milk, that request is typically ignored. The last three iced matchas I’ve ordered I’ve had to stir and shake myself because I was tasting large chunks of bitter matcha powder with every sip. I finally decided just to write a review because it’s that bad, and I’m beginning to wonder if they are doing it on purpose because it happens that often. I get mistakes happen here and there, but it shouldn’t be 90% of the time. Very strange.
In reply to owner’s response, I don’t believe separate DoorDash employees read the labels and make the drinks, so that actually does not help the problem, thank you.

Good and fast service. Nothing against this particular store, but I feel the company needs a revamp on their selections. I know there are plenty to choose from and that's great but it seems like they are holding onto their seasonal drinks and making them permanent but nothing new or exciting to replace them. Also, I would like to see a GF sandwich come back again.
