The only issue i has was with some of the obnoxious customers. I was hanging out here waiting for my car to get out of the shop, but i probably won't ever sit in this location again. The customers ruined the environment, but the staff and the service were excellent. I'll just stick to the drive thru from now on.

I was a little disappointed with the way they handled the situation when they messed up my drink. I knew right away something was wrong, but she assured me that my drink was made correctly. I took one sip and had to get back in the drive thru line to get my drink remade. The cashier did not greet me at the window, nor did she apologize for the mistake. When I tried handing the drink back to her, she simply stated “I can’t take that from you.” without any explanation as to why. As a former partner, I understand that this would be a health code violation, and that is why she couldn’t take it back. However, if I was just a regular customer that wasn’t aware of this policy, I would have assumed she was just rude. Clearly they need to work on their order accuracy and customer service at this location.

My girlfriend ordered a "hot matcha" and they made it iced with water when even on the receipt it said "milk". Which isn't what we ordered, despite our order being incorrect my girlfriend still gave it a try and said it tasted awful. The drink tasted sour and nothing like a "hot matcha". We had to go to a different location for the drink paying more than we should've.

Your cactus's are dying. Gosh how hard is it to keep the grounds nice and landscaping nice??? ? ? ? ? They need you! Give them some coffee grounds.
My husband always orders extra cream on his cold brew and sometimes gets it and sometimes doesn't. This Starbucks did a great job! My Chai Tea Latte was good as well.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I mobile ordered at 7:50 arrived at Starbucks at 8am my order wasn't ready. I waited 35min just for a drink and breakfast burrito. Be so fucking for real . Workers looking at me like I did something wrong. Absolutely not , waited all that time and burrito was cold.
