I have visited this store numerous times and always received great service. Recently, whilst visiting Tucson from Phoenix, I left a package in the store. When I contacted the store, they had retrieved the package and were keeping it safe. I spoke with the manager, Angie, and asked if it was possible to mail it to me. Not only did she willingly agree to mail it to me, but declined payment to cover the cost. Truly great service and a favor I much appreciate.

I was in 10/28 shortly afternoon to try something new, a worker named Ale took the time to see what I may be interested in and got me a hot chai with sweet cream and a bagel while we spoke. It was such wonderful customer service I felt appreciated and welcomed. Thank you for your time and such great food, this is now my go to!!

Not a usual Starbucks person, but WOW. The barista with the long blonde and brunette hair made the whole experience so easy and fun. Came in tired after work, clueless on what I wanted, and left with a new favorite drink thanks to the sweetest barista ever! She totally saved me from staring at the menu forever

Very efficient and convenient Starbucks, I go there every day and the staff is very friendly. They know my name and, most of the time, know my order ahead of time because I usually get the same thing. One of the baristas there (she may be a manager) named Alle is very professional, always greets me and goes out of her way for customers. But really everyone there is fabulous. I would highly recommend this location.

If you need a Starbucks coffee or tea go out of your way to hit up this one!! It's the best in Tucson! So far no matter what time of day or night me or my husband (since I send him usual) they have never made a mistake on my order and for some reason I apparently have a difficult order because most other Starbucks don't make it right and I have to fix it after I get it.
