I’m a regular at this store and I think they’re great. Everyone’s always so nice and they never mess up my drink. I don’t see how they could unless you order something weird that’s not on the menu.

Was there to sit down with a friend for a cup of coffee around 10am on a Thursday. The music was turned up way too loud ?!!! Could barely have a conversation.

1 - Drive thru and asked if they still had Oatmeal with the fruit and nuts and instead of a yes, got a convoluted answer. I did end up with kind of what I used to order, but to assume everyone knows what you have since very little is on a menu is frustrating and to act snooty when a question is asked is just uncalled for and rude. 2 - Oatmeal was so watery it was more of a soup. 3 - It is standard practice to give napkins when food is ordered in a drive thru.

Back to not going to Starbucks again; as it is always just weird.

M’am it’s a Starbucks … I get it. But this location is not very friendly. I occasionally stop here when I have a little break in my work day since it’s close by but man do I try to avoid it since the lobby closes at 5PM for some reason- it’s a coffee shop no?

What prompted this review was that this time I tried ordering a sandwich but the cashier seemed bothered that she had to look to see if they had what I ordered. Body language indicated that it was a bother that everything I ordered was “out” - I’m not doing that purposely! Mind you there’s is no one in line behind me waiting. So for the 3rd thing I ordered she slumped her shoulders and huffed that she had to look in the back I said “oh no I’ll just get this sandwich from the cooler in the front” she charges me and it seems high but honestly IDC …. Then I get two sandwiches …

Then I tell her I only ordered one because I thought this other one was “out” - it was the og sandwich I ordered - she said it was a miscommunication and the other barista loudly and rudely asks repeatedly if I want a refund - I say no. It’s not about the money- it’s about customer service. Politeness and friendliness go a long way.

What I suspect happened is she accidentally charged me for original food item I ordered, found out they had some, then cooked it to reflect the bill then insisted it was a miscommunication issue. Nice try.

Overall a bad way to handle a simple slip up

Perhaps they are overworked and tired or just bad manners? Idk

Staff seems impatient and does not communicate well. They're not very personable at all. However, they are efficient. I wouldn't come her if i wanted to feel "welcomed." i guess it's a good place to get in and out.

I ordered matcha and asked if it was just matcha and milk.
When I receives my drink it was full of sugar.

I am extremely disappointed in customer service and Starbucks brand selling the most cheap low quality matcha mixing it with high sugar content and not being transparent with consumer.

I feel robbed about the fact that barista didnt even bother to replace my drink.

Im not coming back here again and will go to Peets coffee.
